Description
The present invention relates to a touch screen, and more particularly to a haptic touch screen.
A user interface (UI) enables communication between a person (user) and various electric and electronic devices, so that the user can easily control the device as desired. Representative examples of the user interface include a keypad, a keyboard, a mouse, an On Screen Display (OSD), a remote controller having an infrared communication or radio frequency (RF) communication function. User interface technology continues to evolve in the direction of increasing user sensitivity and ease of operation. The user interface has evolved into a touch UI, a voice recognition UI, a 3D UI, and the like.
Touch UI is in the trend of being essential to portable information devices, and is also being applied to home appliances. As an example of a touch screen for implementing a touch UI, a mutual capacitance type touch screen capable of sensing not only touch but also proximity and recognizing multi-touch (or proximity) has been in the spotlight. The touch screen sensing method supplies a driving voltage to a sensor node to generate charges from mutual capacitances formed at the sensor nodes, converts the charge variation of the mutual capacitances into voltage changes, and then converts the voltage change amounts before and after the touch into the reference voltage. Various methods are known, such as comparing or counting.

5 and 6 are conceptual diagrams for explaining the operation principle of the electrical stimulation generating unit. Although the
The

The Rx lines 321, 322, and 323 are formed along the y-axis direction on the bottom surface of the
The Tx lines 311, 312, and 313 and the
