A handpiece used for the removal of teeth, the removal of nerves or blood vessels in teeth, the implantation of implants, etc. means a device for dental treatment which achieves the desired purpose by attaching and rotating a drill, burr, pile, etc., Maintaining the manipulation area of the piece as planned is very important for successful treatment.

In particular, when a tooth is removed for tooth decay or prosthetic treatment, it is important for the operator to cut teeth using a handpiece. It is important to minimize tooth loss. However, depending on the skill of the operator using the handpiece, The results of which must be different.

In order to solve these problems, guide devices for handpiece drills have been developed. However, in the case of perforating procedures such as implant treatment, the shape and shape are almost constant, while in the case of dental caries treatment or crown- It is difficult to use a uniform guide because the size and shape of the erase area are different.

In particular, since the occlusal surface of a tooth in the oral cavity has a curved shape such as a curve of wilson and a curve of Spee, it is difficult to accurately position the surgical tool in the position of the procedure of a tooth.

Referring to FIG. 2, the process of generating the three-dimensional image will be described in more detail. First, one template image corresponding to the oral cavity of the patient is selected from the basic template images stored in the template image storage unit.

For example, the template image may be classified based on the presence or absence of wisdom teeth. The template image in which the wisdom tooth exists is a 3D template image including 32 teeth. In the case of a template image that does not include wisdom teeth, 28 teeth And may be a 3D template image included.

The selection of the template image may be directly determined by the doctor who performs the procedure, or may be automatically selected based on the oral image of the patient photographed by the image generating unit.

If a template image that is most similar to the patient's oral structure is determined according to various conditions such as the patient's tooth condition, age, sex, and the like, the photographed image photographed by the photographing unit is matched with the teeth on the template image. If a specific tooth is not matched, the tooth can be judged as a non-existent tooth. Through this matching procedure, each of the teeth of the patient includes the wisdom teeth 1 to 32 or the wisdom teeth For non-template images, it can be indexed from 1 to 28.

Then, three-dimensional coordinate information of the patient's teeth matched based on the template image is obtained.

In order to determine each indexed tooth position information, tooth-to-tooth distance information is acquired based on a plurality of oral images of the patient, and position information of each tooth can be obtained in three-dimensional coordinates based on the distance information.

And acquires correction information of the tooth shape of the patient matched based on the template image.

The image generating unit generates a three-dimensional oral image of the patient by correcting the template image selected based on the position information and the shape correction information of each tooth through the steps described above.

The tooth fixing unit generates the tooth fixing unit 100 for fixing the patient's mouth during the dental procedure based on the three-dimensional image acquired by the oral image generating unit.

The tooth retaining unit may be a 3D printer, or may be manufactured by cutting or grinding a basic fixed form of a fixed frame according to a patient's oral structure and a tooth condition based on a three-dimensional image.

The scanned data obtained by using the 3D scanner is converted into CAD data. Using the converted CAD data and images, the practitioner (dentist) creates a method and a process plan for the patient's treatment.

In this way, the tooth fixing part 100 is prepared according to the patient's oral structure through the acquired data of the oral structure of the patient.

After the tooth fixing part 100 is attached to the fixed supporting body 130, the state of occlusion with the patient's teeth is checked. If the mating state of the patient's oral structure and the tooth fixing part 100 is poor, ), And when the occlusion is normally performed, the tooth procedure is performed.

According to the planned work process, the dental assistant device automatically carries out the procedure on the subject tooth. It is preferable that the procedure is carried out by confirming the operator before proceeding with each procedure.

When the operation part 420 of the handpiece 400 is moved to the first drive unit 300, the operation position is automatically set by the computer, And the operation direction of the operation unit 420 is precisely controlled by the second drive unit 500, so that the operation is performed.

After the procedure is completed, the path of movement and rotation of the operating part of the handpiece is accumulated as data, and the completion of the procedure is confirmed through 3D scanning of the oral cavity and the teeth after the procedure.

The 3D scan data on the teeth and oral cavity after the surgery is stored separately and can be used as information for subsequent steps, for example, for the manufacture of a prosthesis, a bridge, a crown, and an implant.

Thus, since the dental treatment auxiliary device 10 according to the present invention can automatically perform the procedure of the teeth, the satisfaction of the treatment can be improved regardless of the skill of the practitioner.
