Abstract
A system according to the present invention includes: a medication dispenser having a wireless communication device; A cradle capable of wirelessly communicating the medicines through the plurality of medicines; A mobile device that controls the above-mentioned medicines and cradles when they exchange information with wireless communication; .
Description
The present invention relates to a medication management system based on a mobile device.
With the development of medical technology and the average life expectancy, the number of elderly people in Korea is rapidly increasing. Elderly people need more attention to health and disease management than other age groups. According to the statistical data, the elderly population in 2000 exceeded 7% and entered the aging society. By 2022, the elderly population would reach 14.3% and the elderly population would reach 19.3% in 2026, It is forecast.
The elderly population or physical weakness is emerging as a full-fledged consumer. As the aging population becomes a single consumer, the business community is developing various products for them. In recent years, the elderly are required to pay more attention to health and disease management than elderly people due to the increase in the proportion of elderly people in Korea and elderly people.
In Korea, 70.9% of elderly people aged 65 years or older have three or more chronic diseases such as hypertension.
According to data from Bundang Seoul National University Hospital, 4 out of 10 elderly patients were taking more than 4 drugs, and it was reported that adverse effects were caused by adverse drug reactions. However, if you are afraid of side effects and are reluctant to take medicines unconditionally, you should be careful because it may worsen the disease or harm your health.
In particular, medication management for the elderly is very important, but management of the medication is not easy for the elderly whose memory is remarkably low. In particular, it is a great burden to seniors when they have to observe the time of taking, take several medicines, manage several medicines at the same time, and remember the location of medicines.
Researches to solve these problems have been studied in various forms at home and abroad, and the results have been realized. However, considering the above problems, the conventional medication management system is still incomplete and its stability is not sufficient.
The present invention provides a medication management system for facilitating the smooth administration of a general medication, a chronic disease, and an elderly patient.
The present invention is a research project to develop "u-Smart Pill Box-based real-time mobile Taking Medicine Care Service", and it is possible to easily manage the medication time without alarm regardless of the place of the patient, the chronic disease patient and the elderly patient. And provides a mobile-based medication management system that enables to confirm history information.
The system according to the invention:
A pill box including a casing provided with a wireless communication device and including a sensing device for sensing the entrance and exit of the accommodating container by accommodating the accommodating passage including a plurality of medicament containers for one time administration;
A cradle capable of carrying out the medicament-passing wireless communication by guiding the medicament container to be used with a plurality of medicament containers; And
And a mobile device for exchanging information with the medication container and the cradle through wireless communication and providing medication information to a user.
A display device such as an LED is provided in the medication dispenser so as to display a medication instruction alarm at the time of taking the medication, and guide the medication time through the sound.
The medicament container may include a unique radio tag such as Bluetooth or NFC, and performs communication with the cradle.
The mobile device may include a smart phone.
The mobile device such as the smart phone recognizes the unique information of the relevant medicament through the radio tag of the medicament and inputs or inquires the medicament schedule information about the medicines.
The mobile device may include an application for checking at least one of drug information, drug information basic information, drug information, and drug location information.
The cradle includes a plurality of mounting portions for mounting a plurality of medication containers, each of which may have an exclusive 1: 1 mounting structure capable of mounting only a designated medication container.
The cradle can confirm the detachment / attachment of the medicine container by using the electrical contact of the medication pass, and the visual alarm effect can be applied by lighting the part containing the medicine by attaching the LED.
The medication dispenser may include a Bluetooth device and may extend the service life of the battery using a Bluetooth low energy (BLE).
It becomes possible to manage health through prevention of misuse and misuse of medicines through guidance of correct medication and alarms for medication subjects, chronic diseases patients and elderly patients.
In addition, it is possible to manage safety medication through prevention of drug misuse by expanding application of hospital inpatient medication management system. In addition, it is possible to manage the health through the prevention of medication administration through the guidance of the correct medication and the alarm of the subject, the chronic disease patient and the elderly patient. In addition, it is possible to manage patients' health through pharmacy dispensing and drug management program linkage, and to expand new u-Healthcare market through IT-medical convergence technology.

* It is possible to use medicines, chronic disease patients and elderly patients through pharmacies and drugstores at home and abroad. For example, when a drug is purchased from a pharmacy when the patient is prescribed by the hospital after the commercialization product is manufactured, the drug is sold from the pharmacy to the customer (patient)
* It is possible to use general patient through convenience store. For example, after manufacturing a commercial product, it is sold at convenience stores so that it can be easily purchased for general patients as well as chronic diseases patients and elderly patients
* It is possible to use hospitals by expanding the system to the hospital's medication management system. For example, it can be used as a medication management system for patients in private hospitals and general hospitals by expanding the system after producing commercial products for hospitals.
* It is possible to utilize the hospital by expanding the system to the hospital special medicine (psychotropic medicines and drug drug) management system. For example, it can be used as a medication management system for patients in private hospitals and general hospitals through upgrading and expansion of system functions after manufacturing of hospital products.
The present invention enables the IoT (Internet of Things) base to be safely, conveniently, and economically performed, and not only the user but also the provider or the prescriber can enjoy such advantages.
FIG. 6 shows the structure and information flow of the entire system according to the present invention.
The display time of the LED is provided on the display unit of the Smart Pill Box, and the display unit and the sound alarm function are installed to allow the user to take the taking alarm when the time comes. When the smart tag module of the Smart Pill Box is recognized as a smart phone, it is possible to easily input and inquire drug information schedule information (schedule information) for the drug to be used. In addition, drug information, basic information on medication, medication history information, and medication location information can be confirmed through a medication information management information service application installed and used in a smart phone.
