상기 증강애플리케이션에는 상기 사용자단말기로부터 인식된 부동산의 정보태그와 함께 해당 부동산에 대한 설정반경기준 위치를 알리는 지도태그를 증강현실로 출력가능하게 이루어지고,
상기 증강애플리케이션에서는 상기 사용자단말기의 GPS신호로부터 부동산 매물의 위치정보를 인식하며, 상기 사용자단말기에서 촬영한 해당 부동산의 건물형상이나 건물명 및 간판명의 입력정보로부터 해당 부동산 매물을 인식할 수 있게 이루어지고,
상기 증강애플리케이션에서는 부동산 매물의 거래상황(임대완료 여부)에 따라 임대중인 매물에만 정보태그가 출력되도록 이루어지며,
상기 증강애플리케이션에서는 부동산 매물의 거래상황(임대완료 여부)에 따라 정보태그의 바탕색상을 서로 다른 색상으로 출력가능하게 이루어지고,
상기 증강애플리케이션의 지도태그에는 관공서 및 병원, 지하철역 및 버스정류장, 학교, 마트, 근린시설 중 하나 이상의 정보를 표시하되 사용자 단말기로부터 촬영한 영상의 화면당 또는 건물당 하나의 지도태그만을 출력하도록 이루어지며,
상기 증강애플리케이션에서는 사용자가 정보태그 또는 지도태그를 터치하면 상기 사용자단말기의 전체화면에 상세정보가 출력되도록 이루어지고,
상기 증강애플리케이션에는 중개소연락처를 링크하여 사용자가 터치시 상기 사용자단말기를 통해 중개소에 자동연결가능하게 이루어져 사용자가 부동산 매물에 대해 정보확인 후 중개소에 거래요청가능하게 이루어지며, 상기 중개소에 거래요청하면 해당 부동산 매물 정보와 함께 사용자의 연락처를 중개소에 메시지 송신하도록 이루어지는 증강현실을 이용한 부동산 정보 제공시스템.
