Description
The present invention relates to an imaging apparatus using a urethral catheter. More particularly, the present invention relates to an imaging apparatus using a urethral catheter. More particularly, when a urethral catheter is inserted into a patient whose urethra is narrowed or the urethra is obstructed due to urethral stricture, The present invention relates to an image capturing apparatus that can easily insert a catheter while minimizing a urethral injury by cutting a clogged portion through a separate incision member while monitoring an inserted path and a clogged portion.
In general, a urethral catheter is used to examine the urination and the patient's state of urination during a coma or a long-term operation, or when it is difficult to urinate normally due to an enlarged prostate or urethral stricture, It is used to easily discharge urine and other body fluids to the outside.
Urethral stricture refers to a condition in which the urethra is scarred or inflamed to narrow the urethra or obstructed. It may be caused by a complication of gonococcal urethritis, stenosis due to trauma such as pelvic fracture or straddle injury, The long term use of the catheter and the damage caused by the use of the endoscopic device cause inflammation of the urethra and secondary urethral stricture.
These ureteral strictures are not only highly recurrences, but also can lead to complications such as chronic prostatitis, cystitis, chronic urinary obstruction, bladder diverticulum, urethral fistula, periurethral abscess, and bladder stones.
It is very difficult to insert a urethral catheter into a patient having the same urethral stricture as described above, and when the catheter is forcibly inserted into the urethral catheter, inflammation due to injury or damage of the urethra occurs.
Related Prior Art [0002] In the prior art (Patent No. 992872 (Urethane Catheter)), one end is closed, and a urine passage through which urine moves and a fluid passage through which fluid moves are formed inside, A fluid outlet formed to be connected to the fluid passage at a side of the main pipe at one end thereof, a plurality of expanding portions that are extendable and retractable and are coupled to the side of the main pipe while surrounding the fluid outlet, a urine outlet connected to the other end of the main pipe, And a fluid inlet connected to the fluid passage and coupled to the other end of the main pipe, and the main pipe is provided with a guide hole into which a guide wire guiding the entrance is inserted.
However, although the above-described prior art guides the insertion of the urethral catheter by the guide wire, it is impossible to cut the stenosed portion with the guide wire. When the urethral catheter is forcibly inserted using the guide wire, And the urethra may be damaged by the guide catheter. When the catheter is inserted, the guide wire is inserted into the bladder through the endoscope and fixed. After the endoscope device is removed from the urethra, the guide wire is inserted into the urethra, Since the catheter is inserted into the bladder by inserting the catheter, the inserting process can not be visually perceived, and thus there is a problem that when the practitioner is not skilled, the patient's urethra is severely wounded.

Conventional urethral catheters are inserted after introducing a lubricant for insertion induction into the catheter to facilitate insertion. However, in a state where the urethra of the patient is narrowed or the urethra is blocked such as urethral stricture, the operator can not accurately recognize the urethral stricture, The catheter is inserted into the catheter. However, since the catheter is inserted into the catheter,

The
The urine guiding
One of the main features of the present invention is that a first through
The
In addition, when the
In addition, the

The insertion process of the urethral catheter using the imaging module according to the present invention will now be described.
3 to 4, the urethral catheter according to the present invention may be configured such that the
6, the image information is received from the image capturing
The
In addition, even if the patient does not have symptoms of urethral stricture, the present invention inserts the urethra into the urethra through the
