개인 디지털 데이터의 삭제 요청을 통신망을 통하여 데이터 삭제 관리 서버로 전송하는 고객 단말기; 및
상기 고객 단말기로부터 수신한 개인 디지털 데이터의 삭제 요청에 따라, 인터넷 상에 저장된 개인 디지털 데이터를 검색하고, 검색된 개인 디지털 데이터를 저장한 후, 포털 사이트 서버에 해당 개인 디지털 데이터의 삭제를 요청하는 데이터 삭제 관리서버;를 포함하며,
상기 데이터 삭제 관리서버는,
인터넷 상에 저장된 개인 디지털 데이터를 검색 및 저장하고, 포털 사이트 서버에 해당 개인 디지털 데이터의 삭제를 요청하며, 개인 디지털 데이터 삭제 과정 및 결과에 대한 통계 처리를 수행하는 애플리케이션 운영부; 상기 고객 단말기 및 포털 사이트 서버와 데이터를 송수신하는 관리서버 데이터 통신부; 및 상기 고객 단말기를 통하여 수신한 고객 정보, 각 고객별 개인 디지털 데이터 삭제 요청 항목 및 검색된 개인 디지털 데이터와 악플 관련 데이터를 저장하는 관리서버 데이터베이스부;를 포함하고,
상기 애플리케이션 운영부는,
상기 고객 단말기를 통하여 수신한 고객의 개인 디지털 데이터의 삭제 요청 항목에 따라 인터넷 상에 저장된 개인 디지털 데이터들의 검색 조건을 설정하는 필터링 설정 모듈; 상기 필터링 설정 모듈에 따라 설정된 검색 조건에 상응하는 개인 디지털 데이터를 검색하는 개인 디지털 데이터 검색 모듈; 상기 개인 디지털 데이터 검색 모듈을 통하여 검색된 개인 디지털 데이터에 대한 삭제 요청을 포털 사이트 서버로 전송하는 개인 디지털 데이터 처리 모듈; 상기 검색된 개인 디지털 데이터에 대한 통계 처리를 수행하는 통계 처리 모듈; 및 상기 개인 디지털 데이터 검색 모듈이 검색한 개인 디지털 데이터 중 악플 여부를 판정하되, 상기 악플 여부는 미리 설정한 악플 단어나 어휘를 포함하는 데이터는 악플로 판단하는 개인 디지털 데이터 판정 모듈;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개인 디지털 데이터 삭제 시스템.
