Claims (29)
- 사용되는 글리세롤이 지방산 및 지방산의 에스테르로부터 선택된 유기 불순물을 함유하고, 상기 유기 불순물의 글리세롤 내의 함량이 8 중량% 이하인, 글리세롤을 염소화제와 반응시키는 디클로로프로판올의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 불순물의 함량이 6 중량% 이하인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 유기 불순물의 함량이 1 중량% 이하인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 지방산은 12 초과의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 포화 및 불포화 지방산으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 지방산은 올레인산, 리놀레인산 및 리놀렌산으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 지방산의 에스테르는 메틸에스테르인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 지방산의 에스테르가 글리세롤과 지방산의 모노- 및 폴리에스테르로부터 선택된 것인 제조 방법.
- (a) 글리세롤과 염소화제를 반응 매질 중에서 반응시키는 단계,(b) 적어도 물 및 디클로로프로판올을 포함하는 분획을 반응 매질로부터 연속적 또는 주기적으로 회수하는 단계,(c) 단계 (b)에서 수득한 분획의 적어도 일부분을 증류 단계에 도입하는 단계, 및(d) 물을 상기 증류 단계에 공급하여 증류 단계의 환류비를 조절하는 단계에 따르고, 이때 상기 단계 (b)에서 수득한 분획의 적어도 일부분은 증류 칼럼 내에 도입되고, 상기 물은 상기 증류 칼럼에 도입되며, 첨가된 물은 물 및 디클로로프로판올의 총 중량을 기준으로 12 중량% 이하 및 1 mg/kg 이상의 디클로로프로판올 함량을 가지는 것인 디클로로프로판올의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 첨가된 물은 물 및 디클로로프로판올의 총 중량을 기준으로 10 중량% 이하의 디클로로프로판올 함량을 가지는 것인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 첨가된 물은 물 및 디클로로프로판올의 총 중량을 기준으로 1 중량% 이하의 디클로로프로판올 함량을 가지는 것인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 단계 (b)에서 회수되는 분획이 회수되는 분획의 총 중량을 기준으로 21 중량% 이상의 물 함량을 가지는 것인 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 염소화제는 염화수소이고, 상기 증류 칼럼에 첨가된 물은 10 중량% 이하 및 1 mg/kg 이상의 염화수소 함유물을 가지는 것인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 물은 이온 교환 수지로부터 수득된 탈염수, 증류수 또는 증기 응축에 기인한 물로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 물은 증류 칼럼의 상부에 첨가되는 것인 방법.
- (a) 글리세롤과 염화수소를 반응 매질 중에서 반응시키는 단계,(b) 적어도 물, 디클로로프로판올 및 염화수소를 포함하는 분획을 반응 매질로부터 연속적 또는 주기적으로 회수하는 단계, 및(c) 단계 (b)에서 수득한 분획의 적어도 일부분을 증류 단계에 도입하는 단계에 따르며, 이때 증류 단계로 도입되는 분획의 염화수소 농도와 물 농도 사이의 비율이 증류 온도 및 압력에서 2원 공비 조성물 염화수소/물 중의 염화수소/물 농도비보다 낮은 것인 디클로로프로판올 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 단계 (c)는 증류 칼럼 내에서 수행되고, 단계 (b)의 분획 중 염화 수소는 증기를 증류 칼럼의 급탕 탱크 내에 주입함으로써 조절되는 것인 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 단계 (c)는 증류 칼럼 내에서 수행되고, 증류 칼럼의 상부로부터 회수된 분획의 경사분리에 의해 수득한 수상을 증류 단계로 재순환함으로써 단계 (b)의 분획 중 염화 수소를 조절하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 단계 (c)는 증류 칼럼 내에서 수행되고, 물 및 물 이외의 구성성분의 총 중량에 대해 12 중량% 이하 및 1 mg/kg 이상의 물 이외의 구성성분의 함유물을 갖는 물을 증류 칼럼의 상부에 첨가함으로써 단계 (b)의 분획 중 염화 수소를 조절하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 단계 (c)는 증류 칼럼 내에서 수행되고, 물 및 물 이외의 구성성분의 총 중량에 대해 12 중량% 이하 및 1 mg/kg 이상의 물 이외의 구성성분의 함유물을 갖는 물 및 증류 칼럼의 상부로부터 회수한 분획을 경사분리하여 수득한 수상의 혼합물을 증류 칼럼의 상부에 첨가함으로써 단계 (b)의 분획 중 염화 수소를 조절하는 방법.
- 사용되는 글리세롤은 하나 이상의 고체 또는 용해된 금속염을 함유하며, 적어도 반응 혼합물의 분획은 분획으로부터 금속염의 적어도 일부분을 제거하기 위한 하나 이상의 분리 조작을 포함하는 처리를 하고, 반응 혼합물 내에서 행해지는, 글리세롤과 염소화제의 반응에 의한 디클로로프로판올 제조 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 글리세롤은 15 중량% 이하의 금속염을 함유하는 것인 방법.
- 제20항 또는 제21항에 있어서, 분리 조작은 염소화 반응 후에 행해지는 것인 방법.
- 제20항 또는 제21항에 있어서, 금속염이 염화나트륨, 염화칼륨, 황산나트륨 및 황산칼륨으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제20항 또는 제21항에 있어서, 염소화제가 기체 염화수소인 방법.
- 제20항 또는 제21항에 있어서, 분리 조작이 여과이고 금속염이 고체로서 제거되는 것인 방법.
- 제20항 또는 제21항에 있어서, 분리 조작 전에 반응 혼합물의 분획을 처리하여 금속염이 아닌 하나 이상의 성분을 제거하고, 상기 처리가 스트리핑 또는 증류 조작인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제8항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제조된 디클로로프로판올의 탈염화수소화에 의한 에피클로로히드린의 제조가 후속되는 것인 방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 제조된 에티클로로히드린을 에폭시 수지 제조를 위해 사용하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제8항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 글리세롤이 부분적으로는 바이오디젤의 제조 동안 수득되거나, 또는 지방 또는 식물성 오일 또는 동물성 오일의 전환 동안 수득되며, 이때 상기 전환은 비누화 반응, 에스테르교환반응 또는 가수분해 반응 중에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
