Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A network control station of this system is provided with a reference clock generating means 100 and a transmission clock generating means 200 and other controlled stations except the network control station in the earth stations are provided respectively with a clock recovery means 300. Then the means 200 applies frequency conversion to the reference clock generated from the means 100 by a prescribed integer ratio to generate the transmission clock of a common signal line and the data transmission clock of the satellite communication line, and the common signal line information and the data are sent according to the transmission clock.
