Abstract
PURPOSE:To ensure the synchronization between ground networks without incurring a complicated earth station and large size by applying frequency conversion to a transmission clock from a network control station by a prescribed integer ratio, recovering a synchronizing clock of the ground network and a data transmission clock of a satellite communication line respectively and using it. CONSTITUTION:A network control station of this system is provided with a reference clock generating means 100 and a transmission clock generating means 200 and other controlled stations except the network control station in the earth stations are provided respectively with a clock recovery means 300. Then the means 200 applies frequency conversion to the reference clock generated from the means 100 by a prescribed integer ratio to generate the transmission clock of a common signal line and the data transmission clock of the satellite communication line, and the common signal line information and the data are sent according to the transmission clock. Then the means 300 recovers respectively the synchronizing clock of the ground network and the data transmission clock of the satellite communication line.
