Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

In a recorder having a recording head running perpendicular to the direction of paper feeding by a sprocket cylinder, a printing unit platen is removably attached to a part of the recorder away from the contact area between the sprocket cylinder and the recording paper, and the recording head is attached to the printing unit. The printing mechanism of the recorder is movably held in a part facing the platen.
