ルに転写してから鋼板に印刷するため、鮮明さが
劣り、また刷色数も2〜3色が限界である。一方
予め塩ビ等のフイルムにグラビア印刷を行つた化
粧シートを、接着剤を介して鋼板に貼着するいわ
ゆるラミネート方式の塩ビ鋼板について言えば、
印刷効果は優れているが、金属光沢感、立体感に
ついては、満足出来るものではない。本発明は、
これらの点を考慮して精巧な印刷効果と立体感を
有し、さらに部分的に金属光沢を有する意匠効果
の高い金属化粧板を提供するものである。次に本
発明の方法について図面に従つて詳細に説明す
る。

後、昇華性の分散染料を含むインキ組成物で任意
の図柄を印刷した転写紙を、インキ面を前記透明
塗膜に向けて載置し、全体を平面プレス機に装入
して加熱加圧し、染料を透明塗膜中に昇華移行せ
しめて同時に発色させる。この場合の透明塗膜と
してはポリエステル樹脂、アクリル樹脂、ウレタ
ン樹脂及びこれらの変性樹脂が適当である。ま
た、転写紙としては通常の昇華性染料を主体とし
てグラビア、シルク、活版等の印刷方法にて紙あ
るいはプラスチツクフイルム等に絵柄を形成した
ものなら任意である。又、転写温度と金属表面塗
料の耐熱性の関係で転写後の転写紙の剥離性を向
上させたい時にはシリコン系等の離型剤をあらか
じめ転写紙にトツプコートしておくと良い。

合いのとれた性能を有するものを選択する必要が
ある。また塗膜の構成についても、必要に応じて
2層としてもよく、この場合2コート1ベークま
たは2コート2ベークの焼付方法が任意に選択で
きる。

の金属光沢が絵柄の透明感と鮮明さとを更に増加
させるため、これらの2通りの表面における色
調、及び光線の反射率の差が顕著に現われ、変化
に富んだ従来にない高度な装飾性を備えた金属化
粧板が得られるのである。

被膜の厚さは約10μでインキの付着した下地のア
ルミの金属光沢は完全に隠蔽されていた。次に表
面全面に透明の熱硬化型ポリエステル樹脂塗料を
乾燥塗膜厚で10μになる様に塗布し、次いで250
℃で2分間乾燥して透明塗膜を形成した。次にこ
の上に分散染料を含むインキを用いて布地柄を印
刷した転写紙を、印刷面をアルミ板の表面に向け
て載置し、200℃の平面プレス機にセツトして、
2Kg/cm2の圧力で1分間加熱し、転写紙のインキ
被膜中の染料を前記透明塗膜中に移行させるとと
もに発色させた。次に表面全面に透明の2液型ア
クリルウレタン樹脂塗料を乾燥塗膜厚で10μ塗布
し、80℃で20分乾燥を行つた。得られたアルミ化
粧板は、スクリーンインキの付着した部分では、
下地の金属光沢が隠蔽されているため、本来の布
地柄の実質的な表現となり、一方それ以外の部分
では下地のアルミ板の金属光沢により、非常に深
みのある鮮明な色調となつて、全体として変化に
富んだ装飾性の高いアルミ化粧板が得られた。

る様に塗布し、熱風式乾燥機で250℃2分間乾燥
を行ない透明塗膜を形成した。
