That is, the invention of Japanese Patent Application No. 53-38548 prints a colored flat pattern (hereinafter simply referred to as a flat pattern) on a commonly used base material, and then prints a colorless or raised part in the desired part of the flat pattern in accordance with the pattern. A decorative material with a three-dimensional pattern, which is formed by screen printing using colored transparent or translucent ink, and has an excellent three-dimensional effect in which the flat pattern stands out due to the lens effect of the raised pattern part, especially Regarding the manufacturing method of decorative paper or decorative board, it is possible to obtain an extremely luxurious decorative material in which the change in gradation of a flat pattern and the three-dimensional effect are completely synchronized, but in the present invention, the three-dimensional effect of the above-mentioned decorative material is further emphasized. We investigated methods to achieve this, and finally completed the three-dimensional patterned decorative board of the present invention.

Reference numeral 2 denotes a base color layer for the pattern, which is a layer of opaque colored paint, colored paper, colored synthetic resin film, or the like. In forming the base color layer 2 of the pattern, it is preferable to directly apply a paint onto the substrate 1 or to adhere colored paper or a colored synthetic resin film through an adhesive.

3 is a transparent coating layer formed on the base color layer 2 of the pattern, and the color of the base color layer 2 of the pattern must be visible through the coating layer 3. A transparent coloring agent such as a dye may be added to the coating layer 3 to make it transparent. The thickness of the coating film is about 10 to 100μ, and a somewhat thicker film is preferable because it can emphasize the three-dimensional effect. The transparent coating layer 3 is formed by applying a transparent synthetic resin paint or pasting a transparent synthetic resin film. 4 is a pattern layer formed on the transparent coating layer 3 using a commonly used ink; either one to three plates are directly overprinted using a commonly used printing machine, or an already printed pattern layer is directly transferred; Alternatively, it may be formed by pasting a transparent synthetic resin film 3 on which a pattern has already been printed. Conventional ink refers to printing ink that uses transparent or opaque pigments as coloring pigments in the ink.

5 is a thick transparent resin layer formed on a desired portion of the pattern layer 4. When forming the transparent resin layer 5, it is preferable to perform screen printing using a flat type or rotary screen printing machine. As the transparent resin used for screen printing, acrylic resin, vinyl acetate resin emulsion, epoxy resin, urethane resin, vinyl chloride resin, ethyl cellulose resin, etc. are used, and water-soluble synthetic resins are preferred because they do not clog the screen. When an extender pigment is added to the transparent resin, it is preferable to use a transparent pigment such as silica or zinc stearate, or glass beads, and when a colorant is used, it is preferable to use an ordinary transparent dye. This raised part needs to be transparent, and even if it is semi-transparent, it needs to be so transparent that at least the flat pattern underneath can be seen through. In addition, in order to further increase the effect of the present invention by increasing the amount of transfer, for example, the non-volatile content is 50%
% or more of solid content is required, and the viscosity is, for example, 30,000 to 50,000 centipoise, and in some cases higher is used, and in some cases, an amino resin etc. may be added to impart some thixotropy. .

6 is a transparent synthetic resin coating layer that covers the entire makeup surface and is applied for the purpose of protecting the makeup surface and improving aesthetic appearance.
As a method of forming a coating film, it is preferable to apply a transparent synthetic resin paint using a flow coater or a roll coater. As the transparent synthetic resin paint, commonly used amino alkyd resin, urethane resin, vinyl chloride resin, etc. are used.

As described above, in the decorative board of the present invention, the transparent pattern ink layer is not formed directly on the paper surface or the porous base color layer with a small resin content as in the conventional case, but is formed on the top surface of the smooth transparent coating layer. Because of this, the pattern ink has good transparency and color development, and patterns can be reproduced sharply. or,
Since the pattern layer made of regular ink is sandwiched between the paintable coating layer and the thick transparent resin layer, the thick transparent resin layer itself not only forms a three-dimensional pattern, but also functions as a convex lens, making it visually appealing. It is possible to make the pattern ink layer stand out from the base color layer of the pattern, thereby emphasizing three-dimensionality and transparency, and to obtain a decorative board with an excellent appearance that was completely unimaginable in the past.

Example (1) A plywood sheet with 23 g/m 2 thin paper pasted thereon was used as a substrate, and a nitrocellulose resin colored paint was applied over the entire surface using a roll coater to form a pattern base color layer. Then, a transparent urethane resin paint was applied to the upper surface using the same roll coater to form a coated resin layer with a thickness of 30 μm. Next, a two-color floral pattern was transfer-printed on the top surface of the transparent resin layer using transparent ink. Furthermore, a convex pattern is formed using a screen printing machine using a transparent screen ink mainly made of vinyl acetate resin to match the petals of the floral pattern, and dried at 80℃ for 10 minutes to create a screen ink layer thickness. was set to 250μ. Next, coat the entire surface with urethane resin transparent paint at 150g/ m2 , and then heat to 70~80℃.
After drying for 50 minutes, a decorative plywood with a three-dimensional pattern was obtained in which the petals of the flower pattern were convex and the entire pattern appeared to be raised.

Example (2) A urethane resin colored paint was applied to the entire surface of the particle board to form a pattern base color layer. Next, the unprinted back side of a 70μ thick transparent vinyl chloride resin film, on which a brick pattern had been previously printed using opaque ink, was attached to the top surface. Next, a convex pattern is formed on the brick pattern portion of the film surface using a screen printing machine using a colored transparent screen ink mainly composed of acrylic resin, and dried at 50 to 60°C for 20 minutes to form a thick screen ink layer. The thickness was set to 150μ. Finally, after coating the entire surface with 200g/ m2 of urethane resin transparent paint,
By drying at 50 to 60°C for 90 minutes, a three-dimensional patterned decorative parte repod in which the brick pattern was convex and the entire pattern appeared to be raised was obtained.
