Abstract

At a TV receiver, this signal is received 8 and stored in an RAM 10 after decoding 9, and then, a power supply circuit 11 is connected for a prescribed time by means of a signal from the RAM 10. At the same time, a channel is selected by means of a channel selecting circuit 12. Moreover, by means of a timer pulse from the RAM 10, a dividing ratio setting circuit 14 sets the dividing ratio of the clock frequency of a clock generator 13 and a counter 15 counts the clock.
