DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Technical Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a representative connection method using a personal telephone number, and more specifically, a method for connecting a plurality of terminal devices capable of receiving incoming calls to the same service subscriber. This relates to a representative connection method using a personal telephone number, which allows calls to be received by any available telephone number.

Prior Art and Problems A subscriber who can receive calls using his personal number (hereinafter referred to as a service subscriber) associates his personal number with the number of the terminal device that the service subscriber designates to receive calls, and sends the call to the switching center. After registering, incoming calls from a regular telephone to a service subscriber can be made by dialing the personal number from the regular telephone, connecting to the registered terminal device, and then calling the service subscriber. If the user specifies and registers the terminal device closest to the destination where he or she moves, it is convenient that the service subscriber can receive incoming calls no matter where he or she moves.

However, when a terminal device that a service subscriber has designated and registered is available for use by a subscriber other than this service subscriber (this state occurs when multiple service subscribers have registered the same terminal device in common) (In some cases, the original subscriber of a terminal device may always use the terminal device for both outgoing and incoming calls), the incoming traffic to the above terminal device is expected to increase. If this terminal receives multiple calls at the same time,
Only incoming calls from one originating subscriber are connected, and a busy tone is sent to other originating subscribers, causing them to abandon the connection. For this reason, when a large number of service subscribers collectively designate and register one terminal device, there is a drawback that the probability of the terminal device being busy becomes high.

The service subscriber dials the registration instruction code, the personal number, the telephone number of telephone 1 and the telephone number of telephone 2, and these numbers are received by the register 8 of the direct trunk exchange 5. The central control unit 9 of the transit exchange 5 receives the above information received by the register 8, analyzes it, and when it learns that the received instruction code is a registration instruction, accesses the memory 6 and stores the received personal number. Index the memory area and record the telephone numbers of telephones 1 and 2 here.

Another method for registering the telephone numbers of telephones 1 and 2 is to store the numbers of telephones 1 and 2 in association with each other in the memory 6 of the exchange 5 in advance, and the service subscriber registers the instruction code, personal number, and telephone number. 2. Dial only the phone number of phone 1, and the exchange 5 dials the phone number of phone 1. There is also a method of extracting the telephone numbers of telephones 1 and 2 and recording the telephone numbers of telephones 1 and 2 in the areas of the memory 6 corresponding to the above-mentioned personal numbers. Furthermore, instead of dialing the number of telephone 1, it is also possible to automatically send from the exchange 3 or from a terminal using telephone 1 as a special terminal device.

When making an incoming call to a service subscriber to whom the personal number has been assigned using a personal number from a regular telephone IO, when the special number and personal number are dialed, the subscriber exchange 11. The data is received by the register 8 of the relay exchange 5 via the relay exchange ratio in the same manner as in the case of registration. The central control device 9 of the trunk exchange 5 reads the same contents of the register 8, accesses the memory 6, indexes the area of the personal number, and sends the telephone number.
When the telephone numbers of telephone 1 and telephone 2 are extracted, first, an incoming call is connected to telephone 1 using the telephone number of telephone 1 via trunk exchange 4 and subscriber exchange 3, and the train is connected to the busy tone detection device. Connect to 7. When there is a response from the telephone 1, the relay exchange 5 causes the connection 1 call to be made with the train from the telephone 10. If the telephone 1 is busy, the subscriber exchange 3 returns a busy tone. When the busy tone is detected by the busy tone detection device 7, the central control device 9 of the exchange 5 disconnects the train for the incoming call connection to the telephone 1, and sends the line to the already extracted telephone number of the telephone pA2. Make an incoming connection to 2. When a response is returned from telephone 2, connection is made to the L/-on from telephone 10.

If all the areas shown in Figure (b) are installed, there is no need for the busy sound detection device 7 in the exchange 5, and the busy state can be identified without extending the incoming train to the subscriber exchange 3. When the first registered telephone is busy, reconnection to the second registered telephone can be performed immediately, and personal number connection can be made without loss of connection delay. Note that in order to perform this method completely, registered telephones such as telephones 1 and 2 must be
The busy status of the telephones 1 and 2 must be constantly recognized by the exchange 5, and therefore information on the busy status of the telephones 1 and 2 must be transferred from the subscriber exchange 3 to the relay exchange 5 between offices. However, since the exchange 5 can grasp not all busy states but only the busy/autumn state for personal number connection, it is easy to implement this method. In this case, it is desirable to use the busy detection device 7 together.
