For exmple, start signals A, B and C indicating information signals A and B different in bit and an information signal C to be transferred are discriminated by a discriminating circuit 2, and a switch circuit 3 is switched in accordance with the discrimination result. The following information signal is trnsferred to shift registers 4-1 ( for short bits ) and 4-2 ( for long bits ) corresponding to the bit length of the signal selectively, and the signal is transferred to a repeating circuit 6 directly.
