Abstract
PURPOSE:To detect a finish code at the time when reading of data stored is assigned, to prohibit subsequent reading and to remove an useless read operation by storing data successively with a key operation and so on and by writing the finish code at every registering termination for one user. CONSTITUTION:Prescribed arithmetic processing is executed in a CPU5 providing an arithmetic processing means according to an operation of an input part 1 of an electronic register, and the dinput data is stored successively in a journal memory 8. Writing of this input data is performed with control of a CPU5, and as registering for one user is terminated, a termination code is stored in the prescribed area of the memory 8 according to operations of a key classified by department and so on from a input part 1. Furhter by assignment of a mode switch of an input part 1, a termination code stored in the CPU5 is erased and the contents are set as an initial value. According to an operation of the input part 1 the stored contents are read from the memory 8, and when the termination code is detected in the CPU5, the reading is prohibited, useless reading is removed and thus total data are registered in total memory 7.
