Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve no adjustment basing on the accuracy of elements of integrated circuits, by providing two voltage comparison circuits, charging circuit and discharge circuit following a phase comparison circuit inputted with in- phase burst signal and continuous wave signal is located in the circuit.
