Abstract
PURPOSE:To firmly fix a junction section by a method wherein a coil lead wire and a coil terminal are inserted in a coil terminal groove and the groove is irradiated by laser beams or the like. CONSTITUTION:A coil terminal groove 6 is cut and provided at the flange section of a plastic spool 1. The end of a magnetic wiring 2 is stranded to form a twisted wire 3 and the tip section 4 is wound on the junction section 7 of a coil terminal 5 to press and insert in the coil terminal groove 6. Next, with the junction section 7 irradiated by laser beams or the like, the terminal 5 and a wire 7 are welded. At that time, the spool 1 is partially melted to harden after stopping irradiation. Therefore, the terminal 5 is firmly fixed.
