Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable bonding instantaneously without exfoliating a coil insulating film by temporarily fixing a coil to a terminal base having the volume of three or five times as large as the volume of the bonding section of the coil and the terminal base and welding the coil and the terminal base by irradiating laser beams to them when the coil and the terminal base are bonded. CONSTITUTION:The bonding section 1a of the coil 1 is wound on the terminal base 2 having the volume of approximately three or five times as large as the volume of the section 1a, the coil 1 and the terminal base 2 are fixed temporarily, and the coil 1 and the terminal base 2 are welded by irradiating laser beams L to the temporarily fixed section 3. Or a receiving section 4 bent in a U-shaped form is shaped to one part of the terminal base 2, the coil 1 is inserted into the receiving section 4, the coil 1 is caulked by the receiving section 4, and the coil is fixed. Laser beams L are irradiated to the temporarily fixed section 3 caulked. Accordingly, the coil insulating film can simultaneously be removed and welded, and operation efficiency is improved.
