CONSTITUTION:A circuit packet switching equipment CPSE is provided which transmits a call, a disconnection request, and data to a circuit switching network CSN and a packet switching network PSN in accordance with the request from a terminal. Consequently, a terminal DTE15 transmits only a switching request to a switching equipment CPSE13 in case of switching from the packet exchange to the circuit exchange, and therefore, the number of commands which the terminal DTE15 transmits to a hybrid network 11 is reduced very much. Even if a terminal connected to the switching equipment CPSE13 has an interface, the difference is absorbed by the switching equipment CPSE13, and thus, terminals having different interfaces are stored.
