Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the communication control for meeting line, by transmitting required control information through the use of guard bit, by providing a plurality of meeting lines which are commonly used in each slave station. CONSTITUTION:The frame is constituted, by arranging the meeting lines OW1, OW2 consisting of digital codes and having guard bits G1, G2, and communication lines BST1...BST3 transmitting the digital codes to the slave stations, e.g., 21, 22, 23, in time sharing. The master station gives a slave station designating signal on the bit G1 and sequentially designates each slave station with polling at all times. On the other hand, the slave station to be called is designated by the bit G1 of the master station by the telephone set in off-hook, the line is constituted and no line is established with other slave station. Thus, by using the guard bit providing a plurality of meeting lines which can commonly be used by each slave station, the required control information can be transmitted, allowing to make the call control for the meeting lines.
