PURPOSE:To perform interruptions from mobil stations at an emergency and to improve utilization efficiency, by transmitting a dial tone signal through channel P when channel A is engaged at the central station of a mobil communiction system. CONSTITUTION:When channel A is engaged, switch S1 is changed over from receiver 125 to receiver 124, and the signal from receiver 124 for channel P is supplied to data receiver 133. Moreover, when switch S3 is changed over to transmitter 128 for channel P, a mobil station who wants to talk urgently identifies a channel assigning signal of other stations flowing through channel P and transmits a dial tone signal through channel P.
