Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to simply attract, fix and exfoliate drawing paper and the like by a method wherein a sheet of paper is placed on an attracting plate made of an insulating material, on the reverse side of which a thin plate-type stationary electrode where a DC voltage will be applied, is polymerized and the moving electrode material earthed along the paper is shifted. CONSTITUTION:The drawing paper and the like 10 is placed on the surface of the attracting plate made of insulating material with the thin-type stationary electrode 2, whereon a DC current will be applied, is polymerized on the reverse side, the earthed moving electrode body B is shifted along the paper and enables the drawing paper and the like 10 to be attracted and fixed on the attracting plate 3 using Coulomb force. The moving electrode body B is held between a pair of holders 9 made of an oblong insulated material in such manner that the cloth-type material 6 having a conductive substance attached and a conductive stick 8 which is earthed through the intermediary of a code 7 are contacted each other and the cloth-type material 6 is provided vertically.
