Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform balance discrimination of high reliability by discriminating a balance state when the deviation of one of weight variables, monitored at constant intervals, from the weight variable right before it is continuously less than a prescribed value several times and the difference between a maximum value and minimum value during the period is less than the prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:A weighing signal from load cell 1 is sent to micro computer 3 via AND converter 2 to output balance flag F. On every read of digital signal D, computer part 3 compares the digital value with that right before it (up-to-date); the state when the deviation is less than a prescribed value is continous by prescribed times, a maximum value and minimum value during the period are compared mutually and then when the deviation is less than the prescribed value, a balance state is discriminated to output the balance flag. Consequently, the balance discrimination of high reliability can be performed.
