CONSTITUTION:The transmission part is constitured of a transmission processing unit 11, 8 electricity-light transducers 121-128 for converting transmission bits to signals having 8 kinds of wave length, which wave been assigned, and a wave combining unit 13. The receiving part is constituted of a branching filter 14 for making a received optical signal branch to 10 kinds of wave length, light-electricity transducers 151-1510, receiving processing unit 16, and a collision detecting circuit 17. A transmission data is transmitted byte-serially, detects that the wave length excepting that which has been assigned by outputs of the transducers 151-1510, in the receiving part, and detects the collision of data. In this way, it is possible not only to elevate data transmission speed bot also to reduce the collision generating frequency of data.
