These signals are sent each separately to a drawing read part 14. The signals of the characters and symbols are respectively recognized of patterns and stored as corresponding code information into a read buffer 17. On the other hand, the picture signal is recognized as drawing information as it is and is sent to the read buffer 17. Both are registered and stored in a computer system.
