Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the subject recorder of a high density multiple type of improved exhaust efficiency and exhaust response, wherein a bent portion is provided in the liquid flowpath having heat operating sections therein, the heat generating surfaces of the heat generators are faced with the exhaust orifices, and a plurality of these heat generators are combined. CONSTITUTION:The direction where a liquid 3 flows in n pieces (n>=2) of heat operating sections 5 through a common supply flowpath 6 and the direction where the liquid flows out of the heat operating sections 5 in the direction of n pieces of exhaust orifices 2 are bent to form an angle theta to constitute a recording head. Moreover, the heat generating surfaces of n pieces of heat generators 4 arranged to confront the exhaust orifices 2. Driving signals are sent selectively to heat generators respectively by driving signal generating means, and the liquid is exhausted from the exhaust orifices 2.
