Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to control remotely VTR interlocking with a TV receiver by controlling the temporary stop of a tape run of VTR by a video monitor channel and pause channel of the same frequency.
CONSTITUTION: While a transmission station of a frequency selected by monitor channel selection button 1a of selection buttons 1 is selected, operating pause channel button 1b corresponding to the transmission station of this frequency inverts the output of channel selection circuit 5 to stop the tape run of VTR 2 interlocking with a receiver through pause relay circuit 7 and pause output circuit 8. Next, selecting button 1a again inverts the output of circuit 5 again to restart the tape run of VTR2. Therefore, the remote operation of buttons 1a and 1b controls the stop of the tape run of VTR remotely, so that recording and still-picture reproduction without commercial messages can be attained.
