Abstract

PURPOSE:To significantly improve the water proofing property, corrosion resistance, appearance and workability of an end part by ideally covering and fixing a horizontal joint part in two-storied or more building which is formed because an outer wall material is standard at the time of forming an outer wall with vertical laying dry type outer wall materials. CONSTITUTION:A flashing structure is formed a practically T-shaped sectional lengthy batten plate 2 fixed onto a wall bed 1, in which a U-shaped fitting groove 5 having a fitting piece 6 in the inner part is protruded and formed slantingly in parallel to the longitudinal direction in the center; and a practically T-shaped sectional cover material 10 having lengthy and elastic dressed surface parts 11, 12, a protruding part 14 for inserting to the fitting groove 5 which is protruded slantingly in parallel to the longitudinal direction in the width center of the dressed surface parts 11, 12, an engagement piece 17 on the outside wall of the protruding part 14, and a plurality of through holes 18 for water on one side wall in the root of the protruding part 14. The end part of a dry type outer wall material A is nipped and covered by the batten plate 2 fixed onto the wall bed 1 and the cover material 10 by the engagement of both the members under elastic force. The rainwater leaked between the dry type outer wall material A surface and the cover material 10 is sent to the outside.

However, in order to improve the aesthetic appearance by covering the upper and lower ends of the dry type outer wall material, however, the appearance of the water drainage holes makes the appearance very difficult. It was a loss. In addition, the lower end of the dry outer wall material is exposed to the outside, the cut end is visible from the outside, and there is a risk that rainwater or the like may enter the inside of the body from the lower end of the dry outer wall material due to wind and rain. Furthermore, there is a risk that rainwater may be stored inside due to the caulking material.

Moreover, when the outer wall is constructed by vertically lining the dry type outer wall material with these structures, (a) the water leaked from the vertical joints between the dry type outer wall materials is
There was a defect that it was stored in so-called horizontal joints, flooded into the body and corroded the surroundings. Further, (b) in a composite plate in which a metal core and a face material sandwich a plastic core material, the lower end portion of the surface material is exposed on the outer wall surface, and rust occurs,
Alternatively, there is a disadvantage that the core material absorbs water. further,
(C) There was a risk of rainwater and the like entering the inside of the body due to wind and rain.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention has a U-shaped fitting groove having a fitting piece on the inside fixed to a wall base and parallel to the longitudinal direction. An elongated sheet having a substantially T-shaped cross section, which is formed to incline and project
A long and elastic decorative surface portion, a convex portion for inserting a fitting groove that is inclined and projected in parallel with the longitudinal direction at the width center of the decorative surface portion, and an engaging piece on the outer wall of the convex portion are provided. A dry outer wall material end composed of a cover material having a substantially T-shaped cross section in which a plurality of through holes for flowing water are formed in one side wall of the base of the convex portion, and a cover plate fixed on the wall base and the cover material. By sandwiching and covering under elastic force by the engagement of both the members, and through the through hole at the base of the convex portion, because it has a structure for leaking rainwater leaked between the dry outer wall material surface and the cover material to the outside, It proposes a drainage structure with greatly improved workability, waterproofness, pollution, and aesthetics.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 (cross-sectional view taken along the line ii in FIG. 3), the cover material 10 is formed of a long elastic material such as a thin metal plate having a substantially T-shaped cross section. And mainly covers the area between the ends of the dry outer wall material A, that is, the portion including the joint portion D,
The decorative surface portions 11 and 12 of the cover material 10 prevent the nails B that prevent the end surface of the dry outer wall material A from being deformed or that the nail B that strengthens the fixing of the dry outer wall material A is exposed on the surface of the dry outer wall material A. The purpose of this is to improve the aesthetics of the cover and prevent rust and stains on the nail head, the end of the dry outer wall material A, and the like. Of course, the flow of dirt from the upper dry type outer wall material A 2 can be changed by the lower dry type outer wall material A 1
There is also a function such as not to affect. Also,
The engagement between the pouch board 2 and the cover material 10 serves to sandwich the end portion of the dry type outer wall material A under elasticity and to strengthen the fixing force.

As described above, according to the water draining structure of the present invention, the nail head is not exposed to the exterior surface even if the end of the dry outer wall material is struck by the brain, and the end of the dry outer wall material is deformed, especially plastic. The sandwich plate of the core material can reliably suppress and fix the convex shape and improve the wind pressure resistance. Since the outer wall of the mating groove of the floorboard can guide the edge of the dry outer wall material, the construction becomes easy. Water leaking from the end of the decorative surface portion of the cover material and the surface of the dry outer wall material can be drained to the outside through a plurality of through holes formed at the base of the convex portion of the cover material. Since the convex portion of the cover material is inclined, water leaking to the lower end portion of the dry type outer wall material is not stored in the lower end portion, and the lower end of the dry type outer wall material can be prevented from being soiled, rusted and deformed. Since the dry outer wall material can be sandwiched by simply engaging the cover material with the sheet after the dry outer wall material is constructed,
It is extremely easy and secure to install. Since the through hole is hidden from the outside by the draining protrusion, the aesthetic appearance is good. There are characteristics and effects.

1. A long T-shaped cross section formed by projecting a U-shaped fitting groove, which has a fitting piece inwardly and is fixed to the wall base, inclining parallel to the longitudinal direction at the center. -Shaped pavement board, a long and elastic decorative surface portion, a convex portion for inserting a fitting groove that protrudes at a center of the width of the decorative surface portion in parallel with the longitudinal direction, and the convex portion A cover plate having an engaging piece on the outer side wall and a cover member having a substantially T-shaped cross section in which a plurality of through holes for running water are formed on one side wall of the base of the convex portion, and the cover plate is fixed on the wall base. Rainwater etc. leaked from between the surface of the dry outer wall material and the cover material by sandwiching and covering the end of the dry outer wall material with the cover material under the elastic force by the engagement of both members and by the through hole at the root of the convex portion. Drainage structure that allows water to flow out.
