(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 段葺き状の屋根材を下り棟において接続
するための下り棟キャップにおいて、屋根下地の交差角
と略同一角度に形成すると共に、屋根材化粧面の木口形
状に対応した狭幅で、左右上端部が屋根材の雄型連結部
に挿入できるように突出した化粧面と、該化粧面の左右
両端縁を内方に屈曲して舌片を形成し、また前記化粧面
下端縁には、内方に前記屋根材の下部連結部に対応した
高さで屈曲し、その先端をさらに内方に屈曲して形成し
た横目地係止部を設け、また化粧面上端には、上記横目
地係止部の下部係止片が挿入可能な高さに立ち上げ、次
に下端縁の方向に屈曲し、さらに折り返した固定用突片
を形成したことを特徴とする下り棟キャップ。
