販売店が処理するまでには2時間乃至3時間を要
するため、特に夏季は日光に曝され、又は風雨に
よる被害を受ける状態にまかされていたものであ
る。故に、物品の品質の保全は保証されなかつた
ので、販売店にとつて保管、輸送コストの増大を
招くものであつた。上記の問題点を解決でき、今
後の流通システムの組織化に対応できる日配品の
簡易保管、保冷用の冷却機器は未だ存在しなかつ
た。

ナー7とフツクフアスナー8とよりなる結合金具
により複数箇所緊密に締着し、各板の接合目地に
はシリコンシーラー9を適宜充填し、気密性と耐
候性を増強してボツクスを構成する。このボツク
スの開口部に対向する扉1の裏面の周縁にマグネ
ツトゴムを包含するパツキング10を繞設してヒ
ンジおよびラツチにより気密に閉扉状態とする。
上記底板6に代えて互換の冷却装置ユニツトケー
スCを該ケース11の上面四周縁に繞設したパツ
キング12を介して気密に上記ボツクスBと結合
し、該ケース11内には冷凍機13と冷却器14
及び冷風フアン15とを内蔵し、該ケース11の
蓋体21の一部にしてフアン15の上部の奥に冷
風ダクト16を立設した冷風吹出口17と、それ
と対称位置の他側に吸込口18とを開口して、強
制冷風循環回路を形成するようにし、更に上記ケ
ース11の側壁にサーモスタツト用撮み19を設
けて保冷ボツクスが構成されている。図中の20
は上記ボツクスB内に着脱可能なパレツト用棚で

り、耐候性に優れ、極めて安全で安定運転が可能
である。厳冬期等保冷の必要のない場合は冷却装
置ユニツトケースを解放し、底板を装着すること
もできる効果をも有する。更に又、このボツクス
は耐候性に優れ、屋外に置いても雨露、強風、日
照りによる悪影響及び塵埃侵入の心配がないの
で、日配品取り出し後は冷蔵の保管庫として活用
し、シヨーケースに陳列し得ない場合の冷凍物品
の貯蔵庫の用にも供し得る。
