Prior Art In a refrigeration system having an inner box that also serves as a cooler or an inner box with a cooling pipe in contact with the outside, an opening for taking out the product is usually provided on the top surface.
This opening is normally closed by a door that can be opened and closed, but when the door is opened to take out or put in products, outside air (warm air) enters through this opening and comes into contact with the cold air inside the refrigerator. Since the outside air is hotter and more humid than the cold air, heat exchange between the two causes the moisture contained in the outside air to condense. This phenomenon is of course most noticeable near the aperture. Therefore, the condensed moisture in the vicinity of the opening, that is, in the upper part of the inner box, is cooled by the cooler and solidified to form frost.
Therefore, as the cooling continues and the outside air enters as the door opens and closes, the total amount of frost that adheres to the upper part of the inner box increases, reducing the cooling efficiency of the cooler. Therefore, various methods have been considered to deal with this frosting phenomenon, such as installing a curtain made of a thin synthetic resin film on the top of the inner box so as to cover the opening (Utility Model Publication No. 37-26279). (Refer to the official publication), a frosted signboard made of a thermally conductive material is suspended from the top of the inner wall of the inner box to the bottom of the inner box using a hanging board made of a non-thermally conductive material (Refer to the official publication).

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the former method of the conventional technology, since the curtain is a thin film made of synthetic resin, it quickly reaches the temperature inside the refrigerator by cooling, and the frost that occurs can easily adhere to the curtain. Although the frost was easy to separate, there were problems in terms of display effects and deterioration of the appearance, and there was also a problem in terms of durability as the degree of deterioration was severe as it was used. On the other hand, in the case of the latter, frost hardly adheres to the upper part of the inner wall of the inner box, but rather to the frost adhering plate, which does not reduce the cooling capacity of the cooler, and also reduces the amount of frost adhering to the frosted signboard. When the increase becomes noticeable,
If you lift the handle part and remove the hanging plate, you can also remove the frosted sign at the same time, making defrosting work very easy and quick, but it is necessary to provide a locking part on the upper part of the inner wall of the inner box to hang the hanging plate. This complicates the structure of the upper part of the inner wall of the inner box, and requires consideration of parts such as gaskets to prevent the sealing of the door from deteriorating, resulting in an increase in the cost of the refrigeration system as a whole. Ta.

Means for Solving the Problems The insulating box of the present invention includes an inner box and an outer box that are open on one side and are spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval, and a foamed heat insulating material filled between the inner and outer boxes. The frame of the box is made up of two sets of upper and lower frames made of wire and having an area smaller than the bottom area of the inner box, and struts installed at the corners of these two sets of frames. A supporting member is formed and placed in the storage chamber, and an exhibition member has a hanging piece that is removably hung on each side of the upper frame and has a mirror-finished surface. The end is spaced apart from the inner box which functions as a cooler, and its upper end is located below the upper end of the inner box and above the load line.

Function Since there is a gap between the hanging part 27 of the hanging piece 25 of the display member 24 and the inner wall of the inner box 4, the display member 24 is directly cooled by the inner box 4, which is cooled by the cooling pipe 8 and kept at a low temperature. Since the inner box 4 is cooled through the air, a temperature difference inevitably occurs between the inner box 4 and the inner box 4, which is of course lower in temperature, so that frost is less likely to form on the display member 24. Further, since the upper end of the hanging piece 25 is located below the upper end of the inner box 4 and slightly above the load line 29, the influence of intruding air can be almost eliminated, so that the mirror surface is less likely to fog.

Reference numeral 21 denotes a supporting member formed in the shape of a frame of a box, and is made by bending a wire, for example, a wire with an iron core coated with polyethylene, to form two sets of upper and lower frames 22 each having an area smaller than the bottom area of the inner box 4. The corner portions of this frame are curved, and support members 21 are provided at the corner portions of the two sets of upper and lower frames 22, 22.
A support post 23 is installed to determine the height of the building. Although FIG. 5 shows an example in which the support column 23 is installed inside the corner portion, it may also be formed outside the corner portion so as to maintain a predetermined distance from the inner box at all times. A display member 24 corresponding to the length of the side is detachably hooked onto each side of the upper frame 22 from the inside of the frame 22. As this display member 24, a stainless steel plate with a mirror finish on one surface, for example, is used, and this steel plate is bent so that the above-mentioned one side is on the inside, and a hanging piece 25 that is hooked onto the frame 22 is attached. Form it. Note that when the supporting member 21 is stored in the inner box 4 and the display member 24 is hooked on each side of the frame 22, the hanging portion 27 of the hanging piece 25 of the display member 24 and the inner surface of the inner box 4 are connected to each other. For example, the lower frame 22 is arranged so that there is a slight interval of, for example, about 5 mm to 8 mm.
The size and shape of the support member 21 can be adjusted by providing a spacer at the corner of the support member 21 to maintain a predetermined distance from the inner box, or by bending the column 23 so that it projects outward (see Fig. 6). In addition, the shape of the hanging piece 25 is selected in advance. In addition, in the above-mentioned state, the upper end of the display member 24 is below the upper end of the inner box 4 and slightly above (for example, about 10 mm above) the load line (the upper limit regulation height when storing objects to be cooled) 29. ) The height of the pillar 23 is selected in advance.

According to the above configuration, the support member 21 is stored in the storage chamber 14 formed by the inner box 4, and the display member 24 is hung on each side of the upper frame 22. On the other hand, objects to be cooled, such as frozen foods, chilled foods, cup-shaped ice cream 28, etc., are stored, and cooling operation is performed in a temperature range corresponding to the objects to be cooled. Through this cooling operation, the refrigerant flows through the cooling pipe 8, cooling the cooling pipe 8 and the inner box 4, and cooling the air in the storage room by heat conduction. Inner box 4 due to cooling
Frost gradually grows on the upper part, but the inner box 4
Since the display member 24 is always arranged and held with a gap between the display member 24 and the inner box 4, the temperature of the display member 24 is higher than that of the inner box 4 which functions as a cooler, and the temperature of the display member 24 is higher than that of the inner box 4 below the upper end of the inner box 4. Since its upper end is located above, the inner box 4 is less affected by outside air than the upper part of the inner box 4 and is less likely to become cloudy and frosted. For this reason, the mirror-finished display member 24 makes it easy to visually recognize the stored products from the outside, and in particular, it is easy to check the products located at the corners and bottom of the storage chamber 14. Furthermore, since the display member 24 is less likely to become cloudy and frost is less likely to adhere to it, deterioration of the display effect due to continued use can be delayed. Furthermore, with long-term use, frost will grow and frost will also adhere to the upper end of the display member 24 (see the dotted line in Figure 3), but this will cause a rapid decline in the display effect. It is also possible to notify the time of defrosting. At this time, since there is always a gap between the display member 24 and the inner box 4, the display member 24 and the support member 21 are placed in the storage chamber 14.
By moving it back and forth and left and right inside the box, an external force can be applied to the growing frost all at once, and the frost can be peeled off from the surface of the inner box 4.
A wide range of frost can be removed at once. Moreover, if the hanging piece 25 is composed of a horizontal part 26 and a hanging part 27 and the length of the hanging part 27 is appropriately selected to be longer than the horizontal part 26, it is possible to move the hanging piece 25 in the vertical direction to remove it from the support member 21. The lifting distance can be increased,
By this lifting, the border or corner between the horizontal portion 26 and the hanging portion 27 is slid onto the surface of the frost adhering to the inner box, so that the frost can be scraped off.
Furthermore, since only the hanging piece 25 is the part that slides against the frost, there is no damage to the mirror finish of the display member 24, and there is no adverse effect on the display effect.

On the other hand, since the support member 21 is formed in the shape of a box frame, the objects to be cooled are not stored all over the place, but are placed on the four sides of the inner box which are the lowest temperature in the storage chamber 14. It is possible to make objects come into contact with it.

As detailed above, according to the present invention, the display member detachably attached to each side of the frame of the support member is
Because it is placed at a distance from the wall of the inner box, and its upper end is positioned below the top of the inner box and above the load line, the temperature of the display member is higher than that of the wall of the inner box. It is resistant to clouding and frost, and can be expected to have a mirror-like finish for exhibition purposes. Furthermore, since the hanging piece that is detachably attached to the support member can be slid over the surface of the frost adhered to the inner box when the display member is removed, the function as a defrosting member can also be maintained.
