Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】自動車のドア開口周縁に沿つて取付けら
れ、ドア開口周縁のフランジに保持される断面略U字形
のトリム部と、トリム部の一方の側面から突出してドア
の周縁が押付けられる中空状のシール部とを備えたウエ
ザストリツプにおいて、ドア開口周縁のコーナ部分にお
けるトリム部は、側面のシール部が切り取られた押出成
形体のトリム部がコーナに沿つて湾曲状に形成されてい
るフランジに保持されるべく湾曲形成され、前記コーナ
部分における中空状のシール部は、前記押出成形体の中
空状のシール部の外形と略同一とされ、前記ドア開口周
縁の上辺部と縦辺部にそれぞれ沿つて延長されて前記湾
曲されたトリム部よりも外周側にオフセツトされて型成
形にて屈曲形成され、該型成形のシール部には、前記押
出成形体のトリム部側面のシール部の切り取られ面を覆
う略三角形状の被覆部が一体に形成されていることを特
徴とする自動車用ウエザストリツプ。
1. A trim portion having a substantially U-shaped cross section, which is attached along a peripheral edge of a door opening of an automobile and is held by a flange of the peripheral edge of the door, and a hollow portion protruding from one side surface of the trim portion to press the peripheral edge of the door. In a weather strip having a sheet-shaped seal portion, the trim portion at the corner portion of the peripheral edge of the door opening is a flange formed by curving the trim portion of the extruded product with the side seal portion cut off along the corner. The hollow seal portion formed in a curved shape so as to be held is substantially the same as the outer shape of the hollow seal portion of the extrusion molded body, and is formed on the upper side portion and the vertical side portion of the door opening peripheral edge, respectively. The extruded body has a trim portion of the extruded body, which is extended along the outer periphery of the curved trim portion and is offset by molding to form a bent portion. Weather strip for an automobile, the coating of a substantially triangular shape covering a cropped surface of the sealing portion of the surface is characterized by being formed integrally.
