[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a frame scaffold that is temporarily installed along the outer wall surface of a building, etc., and particularly relates to a frame scaffold that does not compress the work space due to the installation of stairs. [Prior Art] As this type of framework scaffold, the one shown in FIG. 5 is currently in general use. That is, in the figure, a plurality of torii-shaped building frames 90 are arranged side by side at predetermined intervals, and the required number are connected in the vertical direction, and intersecting braces 91 are installed between adjacent building frames. It will be done. And the horizontal land 90a, 90 of the adjacent building frame
Scaffolding board 2 is spanned between a and work floors A 1 and A 2
... will be ensured. Supports 92 are installed on the top building frame 90.
is erected and the handrail 93 is set. Recently, the use of H-shaped building frames has also been considered. The H-shaped building frame has a horizontal area located approximately at the middle height of the building site, and scaffolding boards are spanned over this horizontal area, and these are used to assemble and dismantle the scaffolding. The aim is to improve safety. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, the above-mentioned known framework scaffolds have the following problems. Work floors A 1 , A 2 formed by the scaffolding boards 2 ...It is necessary to provide stairs between each step. As shown in FIG. 5, the framework scaffolding staircase is constructed between horizontal areas 90a and 90a located between each step. However, when the stairs 7 are installed in this way, the width of the work floor A at that location is reduced by the width of the stairs. Therefore, it is necessary to use the building frame 90 with a width that can secure a working floor of the width necessary for the work at the part where the stairs 7 are attached. Generally, the width of the stairs is about 500 mm, and at least 600 mm is required for the work, so in practice, the width B of the building frame is:
This means that 1100mm or more is required. Currently, the building frames are simple frames with a width of 610 mm and a width of 762 mm.
It is classified into standard frames of 914mm width and 1219mm width.
A simple frame is generally used as a scaffold, but 1100
If you want to secure a width of mm or more, you will need a standard frame. Such a wide building frame creates an unnecessarily wide working floor in the general area other than the area where the stairs are attached, which is not only unreasonable and uneconomical, but also inconvenient for transportation, storage, and handling. It is. Furthermore, the width of the scaffold is large, making it inconvenient for use in narrow spaces. An object of the present invention is to provide a framework scaffold that solves the above-mentioned problems of conventional scaffolds. [Means for Solving the Problems] As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention provides a structure in which scaffolding boards 2 are hung between adjacent horizontal lots 11, 11 of building frames 1 arranged in parallel and assembled in multiple stages. Pass work floor A 1 ,
A work floor unit U 1 that has secured A 2 ... and work floors A 1 , A 2 ... that are installed on the outer side of the work floor unit U 1 .
The stair unit U 2 consists of a stair unit U 2 that connects each step, and the stair unit U 2 has a support frame 6 whose basic components are a single building site 60 and a horizontal site 61 brought out horizontally on one side of the building site 60, and a support frame 6 that connects each step to the working floor. Building frame 1 of unit U 1
They are arranged at the same intervals as the building blocks 60, and are raised up and down by the required number of stages by connecting the building lots 60, and the tips of the horizontal lots 61 are connected to the building frame building 10, and the horizontal lots 61... have work floors between each level. A scaffolding stage 7 is installed in the sky to connect the stages 7, and the scaffolding board 2 is connected to the upper and lower ends of the stage 7 to create a landing that continues to the working floors A1 , A2, etc. of the working floor unit U1 . The gist is a framework scaffolding characterized by the provision of B 1 , B 2 .... [Function] The feature of the framework scaffold of the present invention is that the stairs connecting each stage of the work floor are separated from the part that secures the work floor, and are installed adjacent to each other on the outside of the work floor using a support frame dedicated to the stairs. It is in. In other words, what was conventionally incorporated into the part forming the work floor to replace part of the work floor has been made independent as a staircase unit, and the width of the work floor A is also compressed at the stair attachment part. The entire width of the building frame 1 can be used as a work floor. Therefore, there is no need to use a building frame with an unnecessarily wide width as in the past, which is economical and advantageous for transportation and storage, and also facilitates assembly work. In addition, since the stair unit U 2 can be installed on a required part of the outer surface of the work floor unit U 1 , it can be installed in a narrow space by using a partially wide area. It is convenient for application to the land. [Embodiment] The above-mentioned FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention. Although the present invention may be applied to either a torii-shaped building frame or an H-shaped building frame, FIG. 1 illustrates an example based on an H-shaped building frame. This scaffold as a whole has a multi-tiered work floor A 1 ,
A work floor unit U 1 that forms A 2 ..., and a stair unit U 2 that provides stairs that connect each step of the work floor.
It is made up of. Although the two units U 1 and U 2 are drawn separately in the figure for convenience of expression, in reality they are one unit in the relationship indicated by the arrows. The basic components of the work floor unit U 1 are the building frame 1
, the scaffold board 2 and the side frame 3, and the work floor unit U 1
The stair unit U 2 attached to the support frame 6,
Scaffolding stairs 7, scaffolding boards 2, and side frames 3 are the basic components. The configuration of each is shown below. Γ Frame 1 Figure 2 shows the front view. According to the figure, the building frame 1 is an H-shaped frame, and includes a pair of building lots 10, 10, a horizontal lot 11 that connects the two building lots at the upper and lower division points, and a horizontal lot 11 on the lower side of the horizontal lot 11, Inverted U-shaped reinforcing material 12 placed between the bases 10 and 10
The basic parts are made up of. All structural members are round steel tubes. A connecting pin 13 for connecting the building frames to each other is attached to the upper ends of both building sites 10, 10. A locking pin 140 with a spring is inserted into the side hole 101 of the connecting pin 13, and a lock pin 140 with a spring is inserted into the side hole 101 of the connecting pin 13.
It is equipped with a locking mechanism 14 that inserts and prevents it from coming out. This locking mechanism is an alternative to a conventional arm lock, and it goes without saying that an arm lock may also be used. Furthermore, on each of the building lots 10, 10, engagement pins 15 with spring-type retaining pieces 150 are provided at a total of four locations near the upper and lower ends, directly above and directly below the mounting position of the horizontal lot 11. . All of the engagement pins 15 are shaped to protrude inward from the frame itself. A through-hole 100 extending in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal land is provided in a portion of each building site 10 directly below the mounting position of the horizontal land 11, and this hole is used for connecting and fixing the support frame 6 of the stairway unit U2 , which will be described later. The connection and fixation with the support frame 6 may be performed using a single tube clamp. The through hole 100 is also used when installing scaffolding equipment such as morning glory. The reinforcing material 12 spanning both building lots 10, 10 is
It is connected to the horizontal floor 11 by a connecting plate 120 at its center. Connection plate 1
A through hole 120a is drilled in the through hole 120, which can be used when attaching a tie rod for support and reinforcement when attaching a morning glory or the like using the through hole 100. Regarding the width of the building frame, if the temporary construction is for general buildings, a width of about 600 mm is sufficient; anything over 850 mm is not necessary for the work and is undesirable from the standpoint of installation space. For the height H 1 ,
From the perspective of securing the necessary space for work based on a person's height, a value of about 1700 to 2000 mm is appropriate. Scaffolding board 2 The scaffolding board 2 is normally used, and is provided with engaging claws 20, 20 at both ends for engaging the building frame horizontal area 11. Γ side frame 3 This is a strength member installed between adjacent building lots 10 on the outside and inside sides of the building frame 1 and the support frame 6. As this strength member, cross braces are used in torii-shaped building frames, but in addition to cross braces, in H-shaped building frames, square frames that also serve as handrails, triangular handrail frames, combinations of handrails and diagonal members, etc. are used. It will be done. In FIG. 1, a triangular handrail frame (not shown) is used on the inner side, and a rectangular frame to which a curing net is removably attached is used on the outer side. Γ Support frame 6 A front view is shown in Fig. 3A. According to the figure, the support frame 6 consists of a single building site 60, a horizontal lot 61 that is cantilevered to one side from the upper and lower division point of the building site 60, and a quadrant-shaped horizontal lot 61 arranged below the horizontal lot 61. The reinforcing material 62 forms the basis of the frame. The structural members are round steel tubes. This frame is basically a half of the building frame 1 described above, and the same accessories as in the case of the building frame 1 are attached to the building lot 60. These same parts are given the same reference numerals as in FIG. 2, and a description thereof will be omitted. One end of the reinforcing material 62 is fixed inside the building site 60, and the other end extends in an arc to just below the horizontal lot 61, where it is connected to the horizontal lot 61 via a connecting plate 120 (corresponding to the reference numeral in FIG. 2). It has a connected shape, and the ends are aligned with the horizontal area 61. At the ends of the horizontal lot 61 and the reinforcing material 62, a connecting plate 63 with the building frame building site 10 is installed astride them.
is attached. As is clear from FIG. 3B, the connecting plate 63 has a shape that follows the outer surface of the building site 10, and has a bolt hole 63a in the vertical center. This is done by aligning the bolt hole 63a with the through-hole 100 directly below the horizontal land installation position of the building frame building site 10, and attaching the bolt.
It is connected with a nut 64. As an alternative to this connecting plate, it is also possible to employ the well-known single tube clamp as described above. The width of the support frame 6 only needs to be wide enough to accommodate the scaffolding stairs 7. Specifically, about 600 mm is sufficient. ΓScaffolding stairs 7 Like the scaffolding board, this is a commonly used one, and the upper and lower ends have claws 70, 70 for engaging the horizontal ground.
It is equipped with Although the configuration of each element is as described above, the arrangement and combination of these elements will be explained next. First, the required number of building frames 1 are arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval l, and the required number of stages are added in the vertical direction as well. Bottom building frame building site 10
A jack base 8 is attached to the lower end. The placement interval l is 1829mm, 1524mm for inch size,
It will be set at around 1219mm and 914mm. The connection in the vertical direction is via the connection pin 13 at the upper end of the building site 10 described above. Scaffolding boards 2 are connected and spanned between adjacent horizontal lots 11, 11 of each tier of such a building frame 1, forming working floors A1 , A2 ... for the number of erected tiers of the building frame. ing. The engagement with the horizontal ground 11 is done using the engagement pieces 2 on both ends of the scaffolding board 2.
According to 0.20. As a result, the side frame 3 is attached to each adjacent building site 1 on the outer side and the inner side in each stage of the above-mentioned building frames 1...
It is set between 0 and 10. Height of side frame 3 H 2
is approximately half of the height H 1 of one building frame, and the side frame 3
In each level, on the outside side, one sheet is built above and below the work floor level A, and on the inside side, one sheet is built above the work floor level A, and on the outside side. As for the side, the entire outer surface is covered except for a portion S corresponding to each floor landing B of stage unit U2 , which will be described later. In the part S corresponding to the landing B, two side frames of the elevated part of the work floor are left as openings. By doing this, the stair handrail becomes unnecessary because it is a side frame. The side frame 3 is fixed by connecting a plurality of connecting pieces provided on both sides of the side frame to the engagement pins 15 with retaining pieces of the building site 10, 10...
By fitting the In the illustrated example, a diagonal member 5 is attached to the lower side of the lowermost work floor A1 instead of the side frame. The stair unit U 2 is provided corresponding to 5 spans (6 building frames) of the work floor unit U 1 ,
Six supporting frames 6 are used in parallel. That is, on the outer side of the work floor unit U 1 , six pieces are installed at corresponding positions at the same spacing l as the building frame 1,
Moreover, in the vertical direction, the same number of stages as the building frame 1 are assembled. Each support frame 6 is connected to the outer building 10 of the corresponding building frame 1 by fixing a connecting plate 63 at the end of the horizontal area 61 with bolts and nuts 64. In this state, the horizontal area 61 of the support frame 6 matches the height level of the frame horizontal area 11 of the work floor unit U1 . Bottom support frame 6
Like the building frame 1, a jack base 8 is attached to the lower end of the frame. The scaffolding staircase 7 has span parts on both sides sandwiching the central span part of five spans of the support frame.
They are arranged in the same direction in a staggered manner in the vertical direction, and one support frame 6 is provided between each stage. Each staircase 7
is extended across the support frame rows 61, 61 of the adjacent floors between the rows of support frames standing on both sides of the corresponding span section. The engagement with the horizontal ground 61 is via engagement claws 70, 70 at both ends of the scaffolding staircase 7. The scaffold board 2 is disposed between all adjacent horizontal lots 61, 61, except for the portion where space is required for each of the stairs 7 to pass through. Among these, those connected to the upper and lower ends of each staircase 7 form a landing B. Each landing B is on the same level as the adjacent work floor A, and is connected to the side of each floor work floor. Then, on each floor, the work floor A and the landing B are connected through an opening S left on the outer surface of the work floor unit. Workers go back and forth between the work floor A and the landing B through this opening S, and go up and down using the stairs 7. The overall method of lifting and lowering is a spiral type with work floors A 1 , A 2 , . . . as intermediates. It should be noted that among the scaffold boards 2, those that do not serve as landings are necessary for the purpose of assembling the scaffold, and are also important in terms of strength. The side frame 3 is attached between adjacent building lots 10, 10 on the outer surface side in each stage of the support frames 6. The installation and attachment methods are exactly the same as those for the work floor unit U1 on the building frame 1. Also, as in the previous case, the diagonal member 5 is used only on the lower side of the lowest stage. Next, the scaffolding is removed as follows. First, the lowest building frame 1 of work floor unit U 1 ...
are installed, diagonal members 5 are set on the lower side between each building frame, and scaffolding boards 2 are stretched between adjacent horizontal lots 11, 11. On the other hand, at the required location outside this,
Erect the bottom support frame 6 of stair unit U 2 ,
The horizontal lot 61 is tied to the building site 10 of the building frame 1 that has been installed previously. Scaffolding boards 2 are then placed between each of the horizontal lots. After doing this, go up onto the scaffolding board 2 of both units U 1 and U 2 and attach the lowermost upper side frame 3 on both the outer and inner surfaces. Once the bottom tier is completed in this way, the second tier building frame 1... and support frame 6... are added on top of this, and the support frame 6 is fixed to the building frame 1, and the outer side has two tiers.
Attach the lower side frame 3 of the step and hang the scaffold board 2. On the support frame 6, a scaffolding staircase 7 is placed at a predetermined span. In this manner, the work unit U 1 and the stair unit U 2 are assembled one step at a time from the bottom in parallel. When dismantling, follow the exact opposite procedure and work your way down from the top. In the above embodiments, side frames are used, but braces may be used in the same way as general scaffolding without using side frames. When the H-shaped building frame 1 is used, it is preferable to use a brace that is divided into an upper side and a lower side at the level of the scaffolding board 2. Furthermore,
Of course, it is also possible to use such braces and side frames in combination. As the type of building frame 1 of work floor unit U 1 ,
Needless to say, it is not limited to the H type shown in the figure, and a general torii type can also be used. In the case of a torii-type building frame, the supporting frame 6 of the stairway unit U2 is of a type in which a horizontal area 61 is provided at the upper end of the building area 60, as shown in FIG. According to Fig. 4A, the support frame 6 has one building block 60.
, a horizontal strip 61 extending in a cantilevered manner from its upper end to one side, and a quadrant-shaped reinforcing member 62 arranged at the lower end of the horizontal strip 61 form the basis of the frame. The structural members are round steel tubes. A connecting pin 13 for connecting the frames is attached to the upper end of the building lot 60. Also, construction site 61
Engagement pins 15 with spring-type stoppers 150 are provided at two locations, upper and lower. These engaging pins 15 for locking arm locks and cross braces are all shaped to protrude into the inside of the frame itself (towards the side where the horizontal ground is brought out). One end of the reinforcing material 62 is fixed to the inside of the building site 60, and the other end extends in an arc to just below the horizontal area 61, where it connects to the horizontal area 61 via a connecting plate 620.
1, and the ends are aligned with the horizontal area 61. A plate 65 is fixed to the ends of the horizontal lot 61 and the reinforcing material 62 so as to straddle them, and a well-known single pipe clamp 63 is attached to this as a means for engaging with the torii-shaped building frame building 10. There is. Single tube clamp 63
The details are shown in a plan view in FIG. [Effects of the Invention] The framework scaffold of the present invention described above has the following features and advantages. Γ Work floor A 1 , A 2 ...Since the stairs connecting each step are provided separately from the work floor forming part as the stair unit U 1 , the width of the work floor A is also compressed at the stair installation part. There is no space, and the full width of building frame 1 can always be used as a work floor. Therefore, there is no need to use a building frame with an unnecessarily wide width in anticipation of pressure caused by the installation of stairs, as is the case in the past, which is economical and advantageous for transportation and storage, and also facilitates assembly work. The Γ staircase unit U 2 can be installed on a part of the work floor unit U 1 , so even if there is not enough temporary space, if there is some extra space, it can be installed using that space. It also has merits in terms of application to narrow spaces.
