Abstract

PURPOSE:To suppress the reduction of sound quality caused by the delay of a sound packet at an irreducible minimum by generating and transmitting a dummy sound packet when the input of the sound packet from the outside is interrupted for more than a prescribed interval in the case of transmitting the sound packet. CONSTITUTION:A threshold value measuring timer part 11 monitors a sound packet identification signal 102 and when the interval exceeds the time decided in advance, a dummy sound packet generation command signal 103 is outputted to a dummy sound packet generation part 12. 生成して送信することにより、音声パケットの遅延によ
る音声品質の低下を最l」・限に抑えることが可能にな
