Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a method for finally treating waste oil of every kind by surely separating various waste oils composed of a mixture of water, a crude oil precipitate, a sandbank and filth into waste and a mixture (water + oil) and an apparatus therefor.
CONSTITUTION: Waste oil of every kind is charged in a heating tank having the piping of a heating medium boiler provided thereto and heated under stirring to be charged in a centrifugal separator and separated into water and oil while passed through the rotary body of the centrifugal separator to be allowed to flow in a mixed oil storage tank while the residue of the waste oil is passed through the discharge port of the rotary body to be accumulated in a waste tank in a state almost free from an oil component and the mixed oil stored in the mixed oil storage tank is allowed to flow in a stirring tank and a catalyst agent is added to this tank to continuously stirr the mixed oil by a stirrer and this mixed oil is passed through the high capacity liquid mixer provided to one place of the outside circulating pipe of the stirring tank several times to be allowed to flow in a purified oil storage tank to obtain purified oil capable of being reused as fuel.

[Prior Art] Traditionally, a large amount of various types of waste oil is disposed of after use in various industries, oil refineries, various ships, service factories, etc., reaching tens of thousands of drums every day. It is being disposed of by a contractor, and the remaining amount is being disposed of illegally. Therefore, the resulting environmental pollution, that is, air and soil pollution, has become a serious social problem.

[0016] The heated and stirred soup-like waste oil is then fed into the centrifuge 3 by the pump 8, but the centrifugal separator 3 is approximately horizontal in shape and has a diameter larger than the waste oil inlet. A rotary body 19 is provided to shake the discharge port, and a considerable number of small holes of 0.5 mm or less are formed throughout the rotary body 19, and water or oil particles can pass through the inner surface of the rotary body 19. However, a filter body with fine pores through which the waste or its particles are not passed is attached.

Therefore, when waste oil is put into the rotary body 19 and rotated at high speed, water and oil pass through the fine pores of the filter body, and then through the small holes of the rotary body 19 to form a mixed oil (water + oil). ) into the storage tank 15.

Incidentally, since waste oil sediments or particles thereof cannot pass through the micropores while passing through the interior of the rotary body 19, the rotary body 19 is not able to pass through the fine holes from the inlet of the rotary body 19 to the discharge port on the opposite side. It is discharged while being rotated and transferred on the inner surface of the waste tank 6.

Therefore, the mixed oil that has flowed into the stirring tank 7 is stirred with the catalyst 17 added thereto, and passes through the high performance liquid mixer 11 several times, resulting in refined oil that can be reused as fuel. This will flow into the refined oil storage tank 9.

Second step: The soup-like waste oil that has been stirred and heated in the heating tank 1 is introduced by a pump into the centrifugal separator 3 designed for the centrifugal separation method described above. At this time, due to the physical action of the high-speed rotation of the rotating body 19, the waste oil put into the centrifugal separator 3 passes through the micropores of the filter attached to the inner surface of the rotating body 19. The mixed oil passes through a small hole bored in the rotating body 19 and flows into the mixed oil storage tank 5 .

Third step: The mixed oil 14 stored in the mixed oil storage tank 5 is caused to flow into the stirring tank 7. Further, the catalyst agent 17 is added through the catalyst agent inlet and stirred by the stirrer 10, but the water and oil are passed several times through the high-performance liquid mixer 11 provided in the external circulation pipe 16. Next, when the soup-like waste oil was continuously introduced into the rotating body 19 of the centrifugal separator 3, water and oil were absorbed into the pores of the filter attached to the inner surface of the rotating body 19 and the small holes of the rotating body 19. The mixed oil flows through the hole and is stored in the mixed oil storage tank 5. On the other hand, waste 18, which is sediment such as sandbars and filth, from which water and oil have been separated, is deposited in the waste tank 6 through the outlet. It was delayed. The waste 18 that was discharged was about one drum, and the waste at this time had almost no oil, and no oil was attached to it even when touched by hand. waste tank 6
