Claims (6)
- 虚血性心疾患の診断指標として、患者の冠動脈内における狭窄病変部の上流側となる狭窄近位部と下流側となる狭窄遠位部の冠動脈内圧をそれぞれ測定し、これら狭窄近位部と狭窄遠位部の圧力比を求める診断支援システムにおいて、
前記狭窄近位部の圧力である近位部圧及び前記狭窄遠位部の圧力である遠位部圧からなる圧データを取得する圧データ取得手段と、前記狭窄遠位部付近の局所的な冠動脈内心電図からなる冠内心電図データを取得する冠内心電図データ取得手段と、これら圧データ取得手段と冠内心電図データ取得手段で取得された各データに基づき、虚血性心疾患の診断に適切となるタイミングで前記圧力比を求める演算処理手段とを備え、
前記演算処理手段では、前記圧データを前記冠内心電図データに時間対応させるとともに、当該冠内心電図データの波形から、血管抵抗が低い状態で安定している解析対象時間を推定し、当該解析対象時間の前記圧データを抽出する圧データ抽出部と、当該圧データ抽出部で抽出された圧データから前記圧力比を求める圧力比決定部とを備えたことを特徴とする虚血性心疾患の診断支援システム。
- 前記圧データ抽出部では、前記冠動脈内心電図の波形の形状から、経時的な電位変化が少ない範囲を特定し、当該範囲の時間帯が前記解析対象時間に決定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の虚血性心疾患の診断支援システム。
- 前記圧データ抽出部では、前記冠内心電図データ中で、最高電位及び最低電位を含む領域を除く対象領域について、最も低い電位となる時間を挟み、当該電位に対して予め設定した所定値若しくは所定割合よりも低い電位変化が継続する範囲を特定し、当該範囲の時間帯が前記解析対象時間に決定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の虚血性心疾患の診断支援システム。
- 前記圧データ抽出部では、前記冠内心電図データ中で、最高電位及び最低電位を含む領域を除く対象領域について、最も低い電位となる時間を挟み、当該電位に対して予め設定した所定値若しくは所定割合よりも低い電位変化が継続する範囲を特定し、当該範囲の両端若しくは前後何れかで所定時間分をカットした時間帯が、前記解析対象時間に決定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の虚血性心疾患の診断支援システム。
- 前記狭窄遠位部における血流量に対応する血流量データを計測可能な血流データ取得手段を更に備え、
前記圧データ抽出部では、前記血流量の大きさに応じて、前記圧データを抽出することを特徴とする請求項1記載の虚血性心疾患の診断支援システム。 - 前記狭窄遠位部における血流量に対応する血流量データを計測可能な血流データ取得手段を更に備え、
前記圧データ抽出部では、前記血流量データと前記遠位部圧とから血管内抵抗値を算出し、当該血管内抵抗値の大きさに応じて、前記圧データを抽出することを特徴とする請求項1記載の虚血性心疾患の診断支援システム。
