Claims (19)
- 流体注入器の駆動部材の圧力出力を較正する較正システムであって、前記較正システムは、
前記流体注入器に接続するように構成されたハウジングと、
前記流体注入器の駆動部材に接触するように構成された駆動部材係合部分と、
その近位端で前記駆動部材係合部分に接続された圧縮性部材であって、前記圧縮性部材は、第1の非圧縮位置と第2の少なくとも部分的に圧縮された位置との間の遠位方向における前記流体注入器の前記駆動部材の移動により圧縮される、圧縮性部材と、
前記圧縮性部材に接続されたセンサであって、前記センサは、前記圧縮性部材が前記第2の少なくとも部分的に圧縮された位置にあるとき、前記駆動部材によって付与された力を測定するように構成される、センサと、
を備え、
前記駆動部材の圧力出力が、前記センサの出力および前記圧縮性部材の圧縮係数から決定される、較正システム。 - 前記センサは、ひずみゲージ、力センサ、ロードセル、圧力センサ、力変換器、およびそれらの任意の組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の較正システム。
- 前記センサは、ひずみゲージを備える、請求項2に記載の較正システム。
- 前記センサは、力センサを備える、請求項2に記載の較正システム。
- 前記圧縮性部材は、ばね、複数のばね、空気圧圧縮セル、油圧圧縮セル、圧縮性発泡体、エラストマ、およびそれらの任意の組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の較正システム。
- 前記圧縮性部材は、ばねである、請求項5に記載の較正システム。
- 前記センサは、プロセッサと有線または無線で通信しており、前記センサの前記出力は、前記プロセッサに送信される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の較正システム。
- 前記センサの前記出力は、モータ、前記駆動部材、前記モータおよび前記駆動部材と機械的に連通するボールねじ、使い捨て流体送達リザーバからの摩擦構成要素、および他の圧縮性機械構成要素の1つまたは複数への入力を較正するために使用される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の較正システム。
- 前記センサの前記出力は、前記流体注入器の前記駆動部材の前記圧力出力を較正する較正曲線を生成するために使用される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の較正システム。
- 前記較正曲線は、障害状態を決定または予測するために利用される、請求項9に記載の較正システム。
- 流体注入器の駆動部材の圧力出力を較正する較正システムであって、前記較正システムは、
前記流体注入器に接続するように構成されたハウジングと、
前記流体注入器の駆動部材に接触するように構成された駆動部材係合部分と、
その近位端で前記駆動部材係合部分に接続された、既知の圧縮係数を有する圧縮性部材であって、前記圧縮性部材は、第1の非圧縮位置と第2の少なくとも部分的に圧縮された位置との間の遠位方向における前記流体注入器の前記駆動部材の移動により圧縮される、圧縮性部材と、
前記圧縮性部材に接続されたセンサであって、前記センサは、前記圧縮性部材が前記第2の少なくとも部分的に圧縮された位置にあるとき、前記駆動部材の変位を測定するように構成される、センサと、
を備え、
前記駆動部材の圧力出力が、前記センサの出力および前記圧縮性部材の圧縮係数から決定される、較正システム。 - 前記圧縮性部材は、ばね、複数のばね、空気圧圧縮セル、油圧圧縮セル、圧縮性発泡体、エラストマ、およびそれらの任意の組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項11に記載の較正システム。

前記流体注入器に接続するように構成されたハウジングと、
前記流体注入器の駆動部材に接触するように構成された駆動部材係合部分と、
その近位端で前記駆動部材係合部分に接続された、既知の圧縮係数を有する圧縮性部材であって、前記圧縮性部材は、第1の非圧縮位置と第2の少なくとも部分的に圧縮された位置との間の遠位方向における前記流体注入器の前記駆動部材の移動により圧縮される、圧縮性部材と、
前記圧縮性部材に接続されたセンサであって、前記センサは、前記圧縮性部材が前記第2の少なくとも部分的に圧縮された位置にあるとき、前記駆動部材によって付与された力および前記駆動部材の変位のうちの1つを測定するように構成される、センサと、
を備える、較正システムを前記流体注入器に接続するステップと、
前記流体注入器の駆動部材を前記較正システムの前記駆動部材係合部分と接触させるステップと、
前記流体注入器のモータを駆動して前記駆動部材を移動させ、前記圧縮性部材を前記第1の非圧縮位置から前記第2の少なくとも部分的に圧縮された位置に圧縮するステップと、
前記圧縮性部材が前記第2の少なくとも部分的に圧縮された位置にあるとき、前記駆動部材によって前記圧縮性部材に付与された前記力または前記駆動部材の前記変位に基づいて、前記センサによって測定信号を生成するステップと、
を含み、
前記駆動部材の前記圧力出力が、前記センサの前記測定信号および前記圧縮性部材の圧縮係数から決定される、方法。 - 前記測定信号をプロセッサに送出し、前記測定信号に基づいて前記駆動部材の前記圧力出力を較正するステップをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記駆動部材の前記圧力出力の較正曲線を生成するステップをさらに含む、請求項17または18に記載の方法。
