Claims (12)
- スペースフレームを形成する複数の連結管を連結するための継手部材を製造する方法であって、
前記継手部材により連結される前記複数の連結管のそれぞれについて、相対的な管角度、管寸法及び管形状を決定し、
前記継手部材で前記複数の連結管によって作用される応力の方向と大きさを決定し、
(1)それぞれの継手部材での前記相対的な管角度、管寸法及び管形状に対応し、(2)前記複数の連結管によって作用される前記応力の方向と大きさを支持する構成を有する前記継手部材を3−D印刷し、
前記継手部材の少なくとも一部分上にセンタリング機構を3−D印刷することを含み、
前記センタリング機構の1つ以上の特徴は、前記継手部材で前記複数の連結管によって作用される前記応力の方向と大きさに基づいて決定される、方法。 - 前記スペースフレームは、3次元体積を少なくとも部分的に取り囲むように構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
