Description

The present invention relates to a device for training a person on a bicycle. The present invention relates to a training device that supports a portion corresponding to a rear wheel of a bicycle, is swingable in the left-right direction of the bicycle, and is horizontally movable in the front-rear direction.

It is known that a bicycle training device supports a portion corresponding to a rear wheel of a bicycle so as to be swingable right and left (Patent Document 1). In Patent Document 1, the rear wheel is supported by a pair of sled members that are swingable in the left-right direction. Then, the sled member swings in accordance with the movement of the person who is training, and the rear wheels also swing left and right.

However, with such a device, it is difficult to adjust the degree of rocking. When swinging a lot, beginners are scared and it becomes difficult to train. On the contrary, if it swings only a little, it will not be possible for advanced training.

According to the present invention, the plate is horizontally movable in the front-rear direction of the bicycle and is swingable in the left-right direction, and the degree of swinging in the left-right direction is adjustable, with respect to the training device that supports the rear wheel equivalent part of the bicycle by the plate Is to

The bicycle training device of the present invention is a device for training a person by riding a bicycle,
A plate for supporting the rear wheel equivalent part of the bicycle,
A load device that is attachable to the plate and applies resistance to rotation of the rear wheel equivalent part;
At least three dampers that are freely installed on the bottom of the plate, support the plate, and contract in the height direction by pressure from the plate;
In the plate, at least two installation positions of the damper are adjustable along the left-right direction of the bicycle,
When the at least three dampers are installed at the bottom of the plate, the plate is horizontally movable in the front-rear direction of the bicycle and is swingable in the left-right direction of the bicycle.

According to the present invention, not only the plate swings right and left, but also the ease of swinging can be adjusted. Therefore, beginners to advanced players can train with the ease of rocking that suits them. The plate can be horizontally moved back and forth as well as swinging left and right. Further, vibration is applied to the portion corresponding to the rear wheel from the plate. In this way, since the rear wheel equivalent portion moves in various ways, it is possible to perform training under conditions close to those when traveling outdoors by bicycle.

Preferably, the at least three dampers are made of elastic rubber members. It is easy to adjust the position of the rubber member by attaching and detaching it. The rubber member expands and contracts not only in the vertical direction but also in various directions depending on the direction of pressure from the plate. The rubber member absorbs the vibration of the plate and enhances safety when the plate vibrates violently. The rubber member may be a solid member or a bag-shaped member containing pressurized air. However, if it is made solid, air will not leak and become unusable, and since it has a certain shape, position adjustment will be easy.

Preferably, a restricting member for restricting a moving range of the plate is provided to prevent the plate and the bicycle from toppling over.

Preferably, a front wheel support portion that supports the bottom portion of the front wheel of the bicycle and is rotatable around a vertical axis is provided so that the direction of the front wheel can be changed when the handle is turned. The front wheel support portion is, for example, a thrust bearing, but the portion that supports the bottom portion of the front wheel may be rotated about the vertical axis by operating the handle of the bicycle. The front wheel can be operated with the steering wheel, and the equivalent to the rear wheel is rocked to the left and right, horizontally moved back and forth and left and right, and vertically vibrated, so you can train under the conditions similar to when you actually ride a bicycle.

Explain the terms. The rear wheel-corresponding portion is the rotation shaft of the rear wheel (hereinafter simply referred to as the rear wheel axle) or the rear wheel itself. The load device is, for example, a generator that is rotated by the axle of the rear wheel, or a blade that is rotated by the axle of the rear wheel and is placed in oil or the like. When the rear wheel itself is placed on the plate, a roller that comes into contact with the rear wheel to apply friction can be used as the load device. Since the solid rubber member of the damper has a constant shape, it is easy to install on the plate, there is no need to worry about air pressure, and the damper is cheap and easy to handle. However, a rubber bag containing pressurized air can also be used, and a damper in which an elastic member such as a coil spring or a leaf spring is combined with rubber as a vibration damping material can also be used. The rubber may be of any type, and may be any polymer material that has a function of absorbing vibration in addition to elasticity and can withstand the pressure from the plate.

The optimum embodiment is shown below. The scope of the present invention should be determined according to the understanding of those skilled in the art, taking into account the description of the specification and the well-known technology in this field based on the description of the claims.

1 to 9 show an embodiment and its modification. 1 to 4 show a basic embodiment, and the training device comprises a plate 2 supporting a rear wheel equivalent part and a front wheel supporting part 4 supporting a front wheel. The plate body 6 of the plate 2 has a load device 7 on the upper surface. The load device 7 includes engaging portions 9 and 10 that engage the generator 8 and the axles of the rear wheels from the left and right, a frame 16 that supports the engaging portion 10, and a fastening that fastens the generator 8 and the frame 16 to the plate body. A tool 17 is provided.

On the bottom surface of the plate body 6, a pair of fixed dampers 12 and 13 that are arranged symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis of the bicycle are fitted on the rear side of the rear wheel center P1. The pair of fixed dampers 12 and 13 may be integrated into one fixed damper. A pair of movable dampers 14 and 15 are fitted symmetrically with respect to the front-rear direction axis of the bicycle at a position on the bottom surface of the plate body 6 on the front side of the rear wheel center P1. Movable means that the fitting position can be changed in the left-right direction with respect to the longitudinal axis of the bicycle.

In the front-rear direction of the bicycle, the fixed dampers 12 and 13 are located closer to the rear wheel center P1 than the movable dampers 14 and 15. In the left-right direction of the bicycle, the distance between the fixed dampers 12 and 13 is smaller than the distance between the movable dampers 14 and 15 at the standard installation position. The fixed dampers 12 and 13 support the gravity applied from the rear wheel equivalent portion, and the movable dampers 14 and 15 adjust the ease of rocking of the plate 2. The dampers 12 to 15 are, for example, solid urethane rubber molded into a predetermined shape, have elasticity, and have a viscosity that absorbs vibration. When the floor surface G cannot withstand the pressure from the dampers 12 to 15, the ground plate 18 that supports the bottom surfaces of the dampers 12 to 15 is provided to disperse the pressure.

FIG. 3 shows the bottom surface of the plate body 6. P1' is a position just below the center of the rear wheel. The dampers 12 to 15 are fitted in a fitting hole or the like provided on the bottom surface of the plate body 6 and integrated with the plate body 6. Fitting holes 20, 20 for beginners and fitting holes 21, 21 for advanced riders are provided symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis of the bicycle on the movable dampers 14, 15 side. The space between the fitting holes is narrow for advanced users and wide for beginners. Two fitting holes may be integrated into one for the most advanced people.

By fitting the movable dampers 14 and 15 into the fitting holes 20 and 20 or into the fitting holes 21 and 21, the easiness of swinging left and right can be adjusted. That is, if the space between the movable dampers 14 and 15 is widened, it becomes difficult to swing, and if narrowed, the swing becomes easy. The movable dampers 14 and 15 are arranged symmetrically with respect to the axis. The additional fitting holes 22 and 22 narrow the gap between the movable dampers 14 and 15 and bring the position thereof closer to the position P1' immediately below the center of the rear wheel. Then, the plate body 6 easily swings left and right, and also slightly swings back and forth. However, the additional fitting holes 22 and 22 may not be provided.

The front wheel support portion 30 is composed of a thrust bearing, 30 is an outer case, 31 is a rotating plate, and is supported by the outer case 30 by rollers 32 and the like. The rotary plate 30 rotates about a vertical axis.

40 is a bicycle, 41 is a virtual rear wheel, 42 is a front wheel, 43 is a steering wheel, and 44 is a saddle. P2 is a drive center when the bicycle 40 is operated by pedaling a pedal (not shown), and P3 is a front wheel center. In the embodiment, the rear wheel is removed and its axle is engaged with the engaging portions 9 and 10. Then, a person sits on the saddle 44 or stands up from the saddle 44 and rotates a pedal (not shown) to rotate the axle of the rear wheel. The axle engages with the engaging portions 9 and 10 to rotate the generator 8 or rotate the blades inside the oil-filled container. In this way a load is applied to the rotation of the pedal.

1 and 4 show the directions in this specification. The front and back are defined along the center axis in the front-rear direction of the bicycle, and the direction perpendicular to the center axis in the horizontal plane is the left-right direction. Further, the swing around the shaft 60 shown by the chain line in FIG. 4 is called the swing in the left-right direction, and this shaft 60 is called the swing shaft in the left-right direction.

If an advanced person trains violently, the plate 2 may lean to the left and right, and the bicycle 40 may fall down together with the plate 2. Falling can be prevented by increasing the area of the plate 2, but a large space is required. In order to prevent falling, it is preferable to provide a restricting member that restricts the plate body 6 from swinging in the left-right direction by a predetermined angle or more. FIG. 5 shows the first example, and FIGS. 6 and 7 show the second example.

In FIG. 5, reference numeral 24 denotes a damper, which covers both the fixed dampers 12 and 13 and the movable dampers 14 and 15. The installation plate 25 is fixed to the bottom surface of the damper 24, and the installation plate 25 does not float above the floor surface G even when the plate body 6 is largely tilted left and right. For example, when the installation plate 25 is made of a thick metal, the installation plate 25 does not float above the floor surface G due to its own weight. The damper 24 is fitted in the fitting hole 26 of the plate body 6, and the elastic wire 27 fixed to the installation plate 25 by the fixture 28 is locked to the hook 29 attached to the plate body 6. The elastic wire 27 is made of high tension synthetic resin fiber or the like and always has a play. When the plate body 6 is tilted leftward or rightward by a predetermined angle or more, the elastic wire 27 stretches and exerts a force so as to return the plate body 6 to the floor surface G side, thereby preventing the fall. Since the wire 27 has elasticity, when the operation is started, no impact is applied to the bicycle 40 side.

It is sufficient to limit the inclination of the plate body 6 by a restriction member such as the elastic wire 27, and the mounting position of the elastic wire and the like are arbitrary. For example, one end of the limiting member is fixed to the damper 24 side, and the other end is fixed to the plate body 6 side.

In the example of FIGS. 6 and 7, the limiting member 50 is provided at, for example, four corners of the bottom surface of the plate body 6. The limiting member 50 is made of, for example, the same material as the dampers 12 to 15, and is shorter than the dampers 12 to 15. Therefore, when the plate body 6 is tilted by a predetermined angle or more, the limiting member 50 contacts the floor surface G and elastically deforms, while preventing the plate body 6 from falling.

Although the solid dampers 12 to 15 and 24 are used in FIGS. 1 to 7, hollow rubber balls may be used. An example is shown in FIG. 8, and the rubber ball 52 is fitted into the hole on the bottom surface of the plate body 6. Pressurized air is enclosed in the rubber ball 52, and the air inside is compressed by the pressure from the plate body 6 to become a damper. The rubber ball 52 has a problem that the service life is short due to air leakage. Further, since the shape is not constant, it is difficult to fit the holes in the plate body 6 firmly. In addition to these, a damper in which a spring coil or a leaf spring is combined with rubber for vibration damping may be used, but the structure is complicated as compared with the dampers 12 to 15.

The rear wheel 41 may be left attached to the bicycle 40, and the rear wheel 41 may be supported by rollers to apply a load. An example is shown in FIG. The rear wheel 41 is supported by the rollers 54 and 59. The roller 54 adds friction to the rotation of the roller by means of a friction portion 55 between the surface of the roller and the shaft 56. The roller 54 is supported by a leaf spring 57, and the leaf spring 57 is fixed to the upper surface of the plate body 6 by a fastener 58. The rotation of the rear wheel 41 causes the roller 54 to rotate, and the leaf spring 57 applies a force to the rear wheel 41.

The operation of the embodiment will be described. The plate body 6 is tilted to the left and right along with the rear wheel equivalent part, and can be slightly horizontally moved forward and backward and left and right. Further, when the direction of the front wheels 42 is changed, the plate body 6 rotates about the vertical axis and vibrates vertically due to the expansion and contraction of the dampers 12 to 15. Since the installation positions of the movable dampers 14 and 15 are variable, the ease of tilting the plate body 6 to the left and right can be adjusted according to the level of beginners to advanced players.

The front wheel 42 can rotate on the front wheel support portion 4 about a vertical axis. Therefore, when the handle 43 is operated, the direction of the front wheel 42 changes. The front wheel support portion 4 may be a simple plate or the like that supports the front wheels.

If the bicycle 40 is greatly tilted to the left and right, the plate body 6 may fall. This is prevented by the elastic wire 27 or the limiting member 50. The elastic wire 27 and the limiting member 50 do not act suddenly at a certain inclination angle but gradually act at a certain inclination angle or more. Therefore, the bicycle 40 and the person are not shocked.

The dampers 12 to 15, 24 and the rubber ball 52 are inexpensive and the position adjustment (attachment/detachment) is easy. The vibration of the plate body 6 is damped by the dampers 12 to 15, 24 and the rubber ball 52 before being transmitted to the floor surface G. Therefore, the training device can be used in various places.
