Claims (6)
- 支持台に設けられたガイドレールに往復動自在に装着される移動ブロックを、前記支持台に組み込まれて前記支持台の先端面から突出する駆動ロッドにより直線往復動する直線往復動装置であって、
前記移動ブロックの内面に形成されて前記ガイドレールが入り込むガイド溝の両側面に対向して前記ガイドレールの両側面に形成される第1のボール転動溝と、
前記移動ブロックの基端部に形成され、それぞれの前記第1のボール転動溝との間でボール転動通路を形成する第2のボール転動溝と、
それぞれの前記ボール転動通路に沿って前記移動ブロックの基端部に形成されるボール循環孔および前記ボール転動通路に組み込まれる多数のボールと、
前記移動ブロックの基端部の両側に設けられ、前記ボール転動通路と前記ボール循環孔とを連通させる基端部側のボール戻し通路が形成される2つの戻し蓋部材と、
前記移動ブロックの長手方向中間領域に設けられ、前記ボール転動通路と前記ボール循環孔とを連通させる中間側のボール戻し通路が形成される2つの戻しブロックとを有し、
それぞれの前記戻しブロックは連結部に一体に設けられ、前記戻しブロックと前記連結部とにより前記ガイドレールが入り込むガイド溝が形成され、
それぞれの前記戻しブロックが取り付けられる取付凹部と、前記連結部が取り付けられる取付溝が前記取付凹部に連なって前記移動ブロックの内面に設けられ、
前記移動ブロックの先端部を前記ガイドレールの先端部から突出させる位置まで前記ボールを介して前記移動ブロックを案内することを特徴とする直線往復動装置。 - 請求項1記載の直線往復動装置において、前記移動ブロックの両側に設けられる2つの前記戻し蓋部材を相互に連結部により一体に形成することを特徴とする直線往復動装置。
- 請求項1または2記載の直線往復動装置において、前記ボール循環孔を前記ボール転動通路に対して前記ガイドレールの表面に沿う水平位置に形成することを特徴とする直線往復動装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の直線往復動装置において、前記戻し蓋部材と前記戻しブロックにそれぞれ戻し溝が形成されたガイド嵌合孔を設け、当該ガイド嵌合孔に嵌合される戻しガイドに前記戻し溝とにより前記ボール戻し通路を形成する戻し溝を設けることを特徴とする直線往復動装置。
- 請求項4記載の直線往復動装置において、前記戻し蓋部材と前記戻しブロックとに取り付けられる前記戻しガイドを同一形状に形成することを特徴とする直線往復動装置。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の直線往復動装置において、前記支持台の先端面に前記移動ブロックの前進限位置を規制するストッパを設けたことを特徴とする直線往復動装置。
