The valve shaft 21, the check valve 22 and the disc 23 constitute a valve portion.

The evaporating dish 6 is connected to the water supply port 27 of the check valve mechanism 16 of the water receiving part 5 via a rubber hose 26 and generates water vapor by heating the heating body 8 from the water supplied from the water receiving part 5. A steam guide tube 9 is provided above the evaporating dish 6 to guide the water vapor upward.
Also, under the steam guide tube 9, there is provided a frustoconical hot water amount reducing member 7 formed of a heat-resistant water resin for reducing the hot water amount of the evaporating dish 6. As a result, the hot water amount is reduced in the evaporating dish 6. The member 7 is interposed.
In addition, the steam guide tube 9 is provided with a hot water reservoir 9a having a volume that can be accommodated when the main body falls down, and the outer periphery of the hot water reducing member 7 follows the shape of the hot water reducing member 7. An evaporation residue adsorbing body 13 having a shape is disposed.

An air guide cylinder 12 for guiding the air taken in and sent out from the air inlet 10 by the blower fan 11 is provided at the upper part of the steam guide cylinder 9, and the steam and air guide sent from the steam guide cylinder 9 are provided. A mixing chamber 14 for mixing the air sent from the cylinder 12 and a blower outlet 15 for releasing the steam from the mixing chamber 14 to the outside are provided.

Next, the operation of the embodiment configured as described above will be described.
When the water tank 2 is set in the main body 1, the water in the water tank 2 is supplied to the water receiving portion 5 through the water outlet 4 provided in the tank cap 3 and is held at a constant water level by the tank cap 3. In the normal operation, the check valve mechanism 16 below the water receiving unit 5 is opened by the dead weight of the sphere 17, and the water in the water receiving unit 5 passes through the water supply port 27 and the rubber hose 26 to evaporate the dish 6. Water is supplied.

The water level in the evaporating dish 6 is the same as that of the water receiver 5 and is maintained at a height of 50 to 60 mm from the bottom of the evaporating dish 6. And since there is the hot water amount reducing member 7 in the evaporating dish 6, the absolute amount of the hot water in the evaporating dish 6 can be reduced as compared with the case where there is no hot water reducing member 7.
Further, the evaporation residue adsorbing body 13 provided on the outer periphery of the hot water amount reducing member 7 adsorbs the evaporation residue generated by evaporating the water in the evaporation dish 6 to the evaporation residue adsorbing body 13.

The water vapor generated when the water in the evaporating dish 6 is heated by the heating body 8 is guided upward by the steam guide tube 9. On the other hand, air from the air inlet 10 is guided to the air guide cylinder 12 above the steam guide cylinder 9 by the blower fan 11. In the mixing chamber 14, the air guided by the air guide tube 12 and the steam guided upward by the steam guide tube 9 are mixed and discharged to the outside from the outlet 15.

Next, the operation when the humidifier is turned over to the water tank 2 side will be described with reference to FIGS.
3 is a cross-sectional view of the water receiving portion when the humidifier of the embodiment is turned over to the water tank 2 side, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the evaporating dish portion when the humidifier is turned over to the water tank 2 side. is there.
As shown in FIG. 3, since the sphere 17 is detached from the disc 23 of the valve shaft 21 of the check valve mechanism 16 of the water receiving portion 5 when it falls down, water is supplied by the check valve 22 pressed by the coil spring 24. The mouth 27 is closed, and hot water does not flow back from the evaporating dish 6 through the water supply port 27 to the water receiving portion 5, and hot water does not flow out from the water receiving portion 5.
Also, as shown in FIG. 4, hot water in the evaporating dish 6 always flows into the hot water reservoir 9a provided in the steam guide tube 9 when it falls, and hot water having a temperature close to 30 ° C. remains as it is. It does not flow out of the aircraft.

Next, the operation when the humidifier is turned over to the evaporating dish 6 side will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view when the humidifier according to the embodiment is turned over to the evaporating dish 6 side.
As shown in FIG. 5, the sphere 17 is disengaged from the disc 23 of the valve shaft 21 of the check valve mechanism 16 of the water receiving portion 5 when it falls down, so that water is supplied by the check valve 22 pressed by the coil spring 24. The mouth 27 is closed to prevent water from flowing from the water receiving part 5 through the water supply opening 27 to the evaporating dish 6, and the water from the water receiving part 5 is mixed with the hot water in the hot water reservoir 9a, thereby increasing the amount of hot water. Therefore, the volume of the hot water reservoir 9a can be reduced. Thereby, a humidifier can be made compact.

Next, cleaning of the check valve mechanism 16 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 6 is an exploded view of the check valve mechanism 16 of the humidifier according to the embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 6, when a residue 19 generated by humidification is deposited by removing the lid 19 on the upper part of the sphere holder 18, the residue is removed from the sphere holder 18, the sphere 17, and the like.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the water supply port 27 of the water receiving portion 5 is provided with the check valve mechanism 16 that opens during normal operation and closes when the main body 1 falls down. Since it is not the structure which opens and closes the valve | bulb by a stick | rod etc., there is no worry of the water leak at the time of normal operation, and when the main body 1 falls, hot water flows backward to the water receiving part 5, and hot water flows out from the water receiving part 5. Can be prevented.

In addition, the check valve mechanism 16 is provided in a holding body 18 having a wide mouth portion 18a whose upper portion is covered with a removable lid 19 and a lower narrow mouth portion, and a narrow mouth portion of the spherical body holding body 18, and is always provided. A valve portion that is urged upward by a coil spring 24, and a sphere 17 that normally presses the valve portion downward by its own weight to open the valve portion, and when the body 1 falls down, disengages from the valve portion and closes the valve portion; So that
When the cover 19 is removed and the residue generated by humidification is accumulated, the residue can be removed from the sphere holder 18, the sphere 17, and the like.
Further, since the hot water amount reducing member 7 is interposed in the evaporating dish 6, the absolute amount of the hot water in the evaporating dish 6 can be reduced as compared with the case where the hot water reducing member 7 is not installed. The volume of the hot water reservoir 9a can also be reduced, the outer shape of the main body is smaller, the hot water can be prevented from flowing out of the machine when the main body falls, and safe humidification can be performed without fear of hot water flowing out during the fall. .

The water tank 2 also includes a tank cap 3 having a water stop valve 30 that opens and closes the water outlet 4. When the water tank 2 is set on the upper surface of the 19 lid of the check valve mechanism 16, the tank cap 3 is stopped. Since the protrusion 19 a that pushes up the water valve 30 and opens the water stop valve 30 is provided, it is not necessary to separately provide the main body 1 with a protrusion that pushes up the water stop valve 30 of the tank cap 3.
