この発明は、例えば、パチンコ機（雀球機、アレンジボール機等の弾球遊技機も含む）のような遊技機に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、例えば、パチンコ機において、外枠体に対し基枠が開閉可能に装着され、その基枠に遊技盤が着脱交換可能に装着される構造となっているのが一般的であった。このような構造のパチンコ機において、遊技盤の前側には、各種の賞球装置、役物装置、風車器、ランプ装飾部材等が装着される一方、同遊技盤の後側には、その窓部（例えば、役物装置に形成された開口窓）に臨みかつ画像を表示する表示部（例えば、液晶表示部）を有する表示装置が装着された構造のものが知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、遊技盤を別の遊技盤と交換して使用する場合などにおいて、取り外された遊技盤の表示装置は、遊技盤と共に廃棄処分されているのが現状であり、環境保護やリサイクルの観点から好ましくなかった。また、液晶表示部を有する表示装置は高価であり、リサイクル使用することが望まれているが、遊技盤から表示装置を損傷させることなく取り外す作業は厄介で、多くの手間を必要としていた。また、遊技盤から取り外した表示装置を別の遊技盤に装着する作業が厄介であるばかりでなく、その遊技盤の窓部に対し表示装置の表示部の大きさが合致しないことがあり、リサイクル使用が困難となっていた。

この発明の目的は、前記問題点に鑑み、基枠に対し遊技盤を交換する度毎に、遊技盤に対し表示装置を脱着することなく、表示装置を継続して使用することが可能な遊技機を提供することである。

【発明の実施の形態】
この発明の実施の形態を図面にしたがって説明する。遊技機としてのパチンコ機を平断面で表した図１において、パチンコ機１は、外枠体２と基枠１０とを備えている。外枠体２は、略四角形の枠状に形成され、その前側には、ヒンジ機構３のピン４を中心として基枠１０が開閉可能に装着されている。なお、基枠１０の開閉の自由端寄り部分と、これに対応する外枠体２の部分には、外枠体２に対し基枠１０を施錠機構を介して係脱可能な閉止機構（図示しない）が組み付けられている。

基枠１０は、前枠１１と、その前枠１１の後側に装着された装着枠１５（ベース枠とも呼ばれる）とを備えている。また、基枠１０の前側の所定位置には、前枠１１に開閉可能に装着された状態でガラス扉１３が配設されている。また、前枠１１の前側の下部寄りには上皿、下皿、球発射用ハンドル装置等（図示しない）が配設されている。基枠１０（前枠１１）の装着枠１５には、その後方から遊技盤２０が嵌込まれて装着される嵌込み部１５ａが形成されている。さらに、同装着枠１５の後側には、裏セット板３０が、その一側（図１に向かって左側）において裏セットヒンジ機構のヒンジピン３１を中心として開閉可能に装着されている。また、装着枠１５の後側の複数箇所には、裏セット板３０を閉じ状態に係脱可能に保持するための閉止部材３３が取り付けられている。そして、閉止部材３３によって、裏セット板３０が閉じ状態に保持されることで、遊技盤２０が装着枠１５の嵌込み部１５ａに保持されて装着されるようになっている。また、閉止部材３３の係合が外され、裏セット板３０が開かれた状態のもとで、装着枠１５の嵌込み部１５ａに対し遊技盤２０が脱着されるようになっている。また、裏セット板３０には、球タンク、タンクレール、球払出装置等（図示しない）が装着されている。

遊技盤２０には、その前面の周囲に沿って外レール部及び内レール部を備えた案内レール（図示しない）が装着され、その案内レールの内側には遊技領域が区画形成されている。そして、遊技盤２０の略中央部には、開口孔２１が貫設されており、遊技盤２０の前面側には、その開口孔２１の周囲に沿って、役物装置の役物本体２６が装着されている。そして、この役物本体２６には、後述する表示装置７０の表示部７３を視認可能な窓部２７が形成されている。また、遊技盤２０の前面の遊技領域には、開閉扉によって開閉される大入賞口を有するアタッカ装置、一般入賞装置、始動口、ゲート口、風車器、誘導釘、アウト口、ランプ装飾部材等の各種の装備品が配設され、遊技盤２０の後面には、球集合樋等（図示しない）が配設されている。

外枠体２には、パチンコ機１に関する各種の装備品を装着するためのベース体４０が取り付けられている。このベース体４０は、鉄板等の金属板によって形成され、背面板４１、両側板４２及び取付片４３を一体に備えている。すなわち、図２と図３に示すように、ベース体４０の背面板４１は、外枠体２の両側板部の間の間隔寸法と略同じ幅寸法を有する四角板状をなし、その左右両側部から前方に向けて両側板４２が直角状に折り曲げ形成されている。これら両側板４２の前端部の上下部合計４箇所には、取付片４３が外側に向けてそれぞれ直角状に折り曲げ形成されている。そして、図２に示すように、ベース体４０は、その各取付片４３において、外枠体２の両側板部の前面にビス、釘等によって取り付けられ、その取付状態において、背面板４１は外枠体２の後方に所定量だけ突出している。これによって、ベース体４０の背面板４１と、遊技盤２０の後面との間にパチンコ機１に関する各種の装備品が装着可能なスペースが確保されるようになっている。

図２と図３に示すように、ベース体４０の背面板４１前面の上部の幅方向略中央部には、各種の装備品としての基板ボックス、例えば、電源基板ボックス５０がボルト、係止部材等の取付手段によって固定状態で装着されている。この電源基板ボックス５０の内部には、主制御基板６１、音制御基板６６、ランプ制御基板６７、表示制御基板８１等の各種の制御基板や電装部品に所要とする電源を供給するための電源回路を有する電源基板５１が収納されている（図８参照）。また、ベース体４０の背面板４１前面の下部には、パチンコ遊技全体を制御するための主制御基板６１が収納された主基板ボックス６０と、副基板ボックス６５とがボルト、係止部材等の取付手段によってそれぞれ固定状態で装着されている。さらに、副基板ボックス６５には、主制御基板６１からの信号に基づいてパチンコ機１に設置のスピーカを作動制御する音制御基板６６と、主制御基板６１からの信号に基づいてパチンコ機１に設置の各種のランプ（ＬＥＤ等も含む）、例えば、遊技盤２０の前側に装着されたランプ装飾部材のランプを点滅制御するためのランプ制御基板６７とがそれぞれ収納されている。また、ベース体４０の背面板４１前面の上部の左右両側部には、前記した各基板ボックス以外の装備品９０、９１がそれぞれ装着されている。

図２と図３に示すように、ベース体４０の背面板４１には、電源基板ボックス５０を取付台として表示装置７０が着脱可能に装着されている。すなわち、電源基板ボックス５０の前側には、表示装置７０の表示部７３を、遊技盤２０の役物本体２６の窓部２７に臨んだ状態で装着するための装着手段が設けられている。この実施の形態において、図５〜図７に示すように、電源基板ボックス５０前面の４隅部には台座部５３がそれぞれ突設されている。さらに、電源基板ボックス５０前面の下部には、係止突部５４が突設され、電源基板ボックス５０の前面の上部には、位置決めピン５６とビス用の取付孔とを備えた左右一対の取付用突部５５が突設されている。そして、これら台座部５３、係止突部５４及び取付用突部５５によって装着手段が構成されている。

図４〜図７に示すように、表示装置７０は、その前面に画像の表示部としての液晶表示部７２が設けられた液晶表示器７１と、その液晶表示器７１の後面に設けられた表示制御ボックス８０とを一体に連結して備えている。また、表示制御ボックス８０の内部には、主制御基板６１からの信号に基づいて所定の画像、例えば、大当たりの抽選図柄を液晶表示部７２に変動表示するための表示制御基板８１が収納されている。液晶表示器７１と表示制御ボックス８０とのうち、少なくとも一方の外側部には、電源基板ボックス５０前面の係止突部５４が係脱可能に差し込まれて係合する係止部８６と、電源基板ボックス５０前面の左右一対の取付用突部５５に対応する左右一対の取付片８７とがそれぞれ形成されている。そして、これら左右一対の取付片８７には、位置決めピン５６と取付孔にそれぞれ対応する位置決め孔とビス孔とをそれぞれ形成されている。

すなわち、ベース体４０の背面板４１に対し、電源基板ボックス５０を取付台として表示装置７０を装着する場合、まず、電源基板ボックス５０前面の係止突部５４に表示装置７０の係止部８６が差し込まれる。そして、電源基板ボックス５０前面の左右一対の取付用突部５５の位置決めピン５６に表示装置７０の左右一対の取付片８７の位置決め孔が嵌挿された状態のもとで、ビス５８が左右一対の取付片８７のビス孔を通して左右一対の取付用突部５５の取付孔にねじ込まれることによって、表示装置７０が装着される。前記とは逆の手順で操作することで、ベース体４０の電源基板ボックス５０に対し表示装置７０が取り外されるようになっている。

以上述べたように、この発明によれば、基枠に対し遊技盤を交換する度毎に、遊技盤に対し表示装置を脱着することなく、表示装置を継続して使用することが可能となり、環境保護やリサイクルの観点から好ましいものとなる。
