【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、包装フィルム袋体に収納し密封された固定用樹脂シートに担持されたシート状化粧料において、シート状化粧料が包装フィルム袋体から取り出しやすいように工夫されたシート状化粧料に関する。

【従来の技術】
近年、シート状のパック剤、湿布剤、冷却剤等のシート状化粧料が注目を集めている。例えば、特開平１１―１３０６２３号公報にはそら豆型のシート状パック剤が記載され、また特開平４―１３６２８号公報には全顔の顔型シートパック剤が記載され、さらには実用新案登録３０３７４６０号では鼻の形状と量産性に適した角栓除去用シートタイプパック剤が記載されている。これらの形状はいずれも顔面各部への適用時の形状を考慮したものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来の上記シート状化粧料は図７に示す様に、シート状化粧料（１２）が矩形の固定用樹脂シート（１１）に担持されたものを、図８に示す様に矩形状の包装フィルム袋体（１３）に収納し密封されるが、シート状化粧料（１２）を保持している固定用樹脂シート（１１）の厚さが厚く、包装フィルム袋体（１３）の切断開口部（１４）の幅（図面では左側縦方向の寸法）が３０ｍｍ以上である場合に、包装フィルム袋体（１３）に設けられた三角形のノッヂからなる開封指示部（１５）に沿って縦方向に切断開封しようとすると、図９に示す様に包装フィルム袋体（１３）の切断部分が中の固定用樹脂シート（１１）に引っ掛かり途中で切断できなくなり、包装フィルム袋体（１３）からシート状化粧料（１２）の取り出しが困難になり、また鋏などを用いて包装フィルム袋体（１３）の開封を行うときに、アルミニウム箔などの不透明な包装フィルムを用いている場合には、内部のシート状化粧料（１２）の位置が目視にて確認できなく、図１０に示す様に、誤ってシート状化粧料（１２）を切断してしまう恐れがある。この問題を避けるために、チャックつきの袋を用いる方法や、ブリスター容器中にシート状化粧料を収納し密封する方法が挙げられるが、いずれもコストが高くなる問題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者らは、これらの問題に対して鋭意検討を行った結果、切断開口部付近に存在する固定用樹脂シートの外端部に1つ以上の凸部を設けることで、開封時での包装フィルム袋体の切断部と中の固定用樹脂シートとの引っ掛かりが軽減され、きれいに開封できるようになることを見出し本発明を完成した。

すなわち、第１の本発明は、シート状化粧料を担持した１つ以上の凸部を有する略矩形固定用樹脂シートを収納し密封した略矩形包装フィルム袋体からなる製品において、
略矩形固定用樹脂シート（１）の厚さが３０μｍ〜５００μｍの範囲にあり、
略矩形包装フィルム袋体（５）の材質が、樹脂フィルム、アルミニウム蒸着樹脂フィルム、アルミナ蒸着樹脂フィルム、酸化ケイ素蒸着樹脂フィルム、アルミニウム箔、セルロイド、紙から選ばれる一種、またはそれらの複合体からなり、
略矩形包装フィルム袋体（５）の切断開口部（６）の幅が３０ｍｍ以上であり、
略矩形包装フィルム袋体（５）の切断開口部（６）と略直交する他の辺のシール部の端から５〜５０ｍｍの位置に開封指示部（７）が設けてあり、
開封指示部（７）より、開封指示部（７）のある辺に対し垂直線を引いた時、その垂直線が、略矩形固定用樹脂シート（１）の外端部（３）に設けられた凸部（４）の先端と、その末端との間を通ることを特徴とする製品にある。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明について、図１〜図６に基づき詳細に説明する。なお、本発明は必ずしも図面のものに限定されるものではない。
本発明は、シート状化粧料を担持した１つ以上の凸部を有する略矩形固定用樹脂シートを収納し密封した略矩形包装フィルム袋体からなる製品において、
略矩形固定用樹脂シート（１）の厚さが３０μｍ〜５００μｍの範囲にあり、
略矩形包装フィルム袋体（５）の材質が、樹脂フィルム、アルミニウム蒸着樹脂フィルム、アルミナ蒸着樹脂フィルム、酸化ケイ素蒸着樹脂フィルム、アルミニウム箔、セルロイド、紙から選ばれる一種、またはそれらの複合体からなり、
略矩形包装フィルム袋体（５）の切断開口部（６）の幅が３０ｍｍ以上であり、
略矩形包装フィルム袋体（５）の切断開口部（６）と略直交する他の辺のシール部の端から５〜５０ｍｍの位置に開封指示部（７）が設けてあり、
開封指示部（７）より、開封指示部（７）のある辺に対し垂直線を引いた時、その垂直線が、略矩形固定用樹脂シート（１）の外端部（３）に設けられた凸部（４）の先端と、その末端との間を通ることを特徴とする製品にある。

本発明で用いる固定用樹脂シート（１）は、平板状であって、ブリスター成形品のような凹凸部を持たないことが好ましい。固定用樹脂シート（１）の厚みは３０μｍ〜５００μｍの間にある。厚みが３０μｍ未満の場合、大型のシート化粧料（２）の場合、製品保管時に固定用樹脂シート（１）からシート状化粧料の製剤が脱落したり、製造時にシート状化粧料（２）の塗工が不良になったりする問題が発生する。厚みが５００μｍを超えると、シートが過剰に厚くなるため、取り扱いがしにくくなり、廃棄物が増えるなどの問題がある。樹脂シートの材質としては、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、ポリカーボネート、ナイロン、セルロイド、ポリスチレン、エチレン酢酸ビニルアルコール共重合体、アイオノマー（デュポン社製）、耐水紙、アルミニウム箔が挙げられるが、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチレン、耐水紙からなる群から選ばれる一種、またはそれらの複合体が経済的にも好ましい。尚、これらのシートは透明、不透明であつて、その表面がシリコーン加工などの二次加工がされていてもいなくても構わない。
上記固定用樹脂シート（１）の大きさは、図１〜図６に示す様に、シート状化粧料（２）より全体的に大きい形状であることは必ずしも必要がなく、固定用樹脂シート（１）の凸部（４）のみがシート化粧料よりはみ出した形状であってもよい。また、固定用樹脂シート（１）の形状としては、製品の輸送中での包装フィルム袋体（５）内での移動を少なくするため、凸部（４）を除く固定用樹脂シート（１）の形状としては固形包装フィルム袋体（５）と同じ略矩形であることが好ましい。そして、シート状化粧料（２）を皮膚に貼着する際には、固定用樹脂シート（１）を取り外してシート状化粧料（２）のみを貼着して使用するのが好ましい。

本発明で用いるシート状化粧料（２）は、外観が透明または半透明のゲル状であることが好ましく、特に開口部が充分に大きな織布、不織布をその内部に持つことで強度を保ち透明であるので好ましい。そして、シート状化粧料（２）の液体成分の割合が、シート状化粧料（２）の自重の５０質量％以上であることが好ましく、この場合、使用時の冷感、鎮静効果、保湿効果が高い。さらに、シート状化粧料（２）の表面が液体成分で覆われていることが好ましい。液体成分で覆われることで肌への密着性が向上し、より強い保水感が得られるメリットがある。このような液体成分の割合が高いシート状化粧料（２）では、シート状化粧料（２）が包装フィルム袋体（５）と密着しやすいため、包装フィルム袋体（５）の切断開口部（４）が広いことが取り扱いのし易さにつながる重要な要素となる。

本発明で用いる包装フィルム袋体（５）は、切断開口部側の幅（図面では左側縦方向の寸法）が３０ｍｍ以上、より好ましくは５０ｍｍ以上であって、その材質としては、樹脂フィルム、アルミニウム蒸着樹脂フィルム、アルミナ蒸着樹脂フィルム、酸化ケイ素蒸着樹脂フィルム、アルミニウム箔、セルロイド、紙から選ばれる一種、またはそれらの複合体からなる。これらのフィルムは延伸などの操作が行なわれていてもいなくても構わない。樹脂フィルムの材質としては、前記の固定用樹脂シートと同じ材料で熱シール性等に優れるものが好ましく、袋体の最内層に少なくとも使用される。これらのフィルムは三方シール機または四方シール機によって熱シール、超音波シール、または高周波シールされることが生産性を向上することから好ましい。これらの袋体には、切断開口部（６）と略直交する他の辺のシール部（図面では網線部分）の近傍付近、もしくは具体的にはシール部の端から好ましくは５〜５０ｍｍの位置に、切断用の開封指示部（７）を設ける。開封指示部（７）としては線状または三角状（ノッヂ）の切れ目を用いることが好ましいが、易開封性包装フィルムの場合には開封指示部（７）の位置を印刷のみで表示することもできる。

本発明で規定する、包装フィルム袋体（５）の切断開口部（６）側であり、開封指示部（７）の垂直線上近傍付近の位置にある固定用樹脂シート（１）の外端部（３）には、１つ以上の凸部（４）を有していることが必要である。凸部（４）は図１、図３、図５で示す様に固定用樹脂シート（１）の外端部（３）の全幅方向（図面では左側縦寸法）の中央部近傍に設けられていることが好ましいが、全体を複数の凸部で形成してもよい。凸部（４）の形状は、図５で示す様に略矩形でもよいが、図１で示す様に外端部（３）に全体的な曲線状で形成されていてもよいし、また図３で示す様に略半円弧状に形成されていてもよいが、特に図３で示す略半円弧状であることが好ましい。図５で示す略矩形の凸部（４）の場合には、先端の角が９０゜未満の角度を有する角部があると、そこから包装フィルムの破断方向が変化し、包装フィルムをきれいに開くことができないときがあるので、角Ｒをとった方がよい。そして、凸部（４）を設けることにより、そこが取っ手の役割をし、包装フィルム袋体（５）から固定用樹脂シート（１）に固定されたシート状化粧料（２）を取り出しやすくできるメリットがある。

本発明のシート状化粧料（１）では、通常化粧料に用いられる油剤、粉体（顔料、色素、樹脂）、フッ素化合物、樹脂、界面活性剤、粘剤、香料、生理活性成分、塩類、溶媒、酸化防止剤、キレート剤、中和剤、ｐＨ調整剤、昆虫忌避剤、酵素等の成分を使用することができる。この内、特に生理活性成分を用いることが好ましい。

本発明で用いる生理活性成分としては、皮膚等に塗布した場合に皮膚等に何らかの生理活性を与える物質が挙げられる。例えば、美白成分、抗炎症剤、老化防止剤、紫外線防御剤（有機系、無機系を含む。ＵＶ−Ａ、Ｂのいずれに対応していても構わない）、スリミング剤、ひきしめ剤、抗酸化剤、発毛剤、育毛剤、保湿剤、血行促進剤、抗菌剤、殺菌剤、乾燥剤、冷感剤、温感剤、ビタミン類、アミノ酸、創傷治癒促進剤、刺激緩和剤、鎮痛剤、細胞賦活剤、酵素成分等が挙げられる。その中でも、天然系の植物抽出成分、海藻抽出成分、生薬成分が特に好ましい。本発明では、これらの生理活性成分を１種または２種以上配合することが好ましい。
本発明のシート状化粧料は、美肌効果、清浄効果、美白効果、冷却効果、湿布効果、各種治療改善効果等を期待する剤型のものに適用できる。

【実施例】
以下、実施例および比較例によって本発明をさらに詳細に説明する。
実施例および比較例で用いた評価方法は以下の通り。

実施例１
厚さ１００μｍのシリコーンコートポリエチレンテレフタレートシートを用い、図１に示す様に、左側縦方向の外端部（３）が全体的な曲線状の凸状であり、かつ中央部に凸部（４）を持つ固定用樹脂シート（１）を作製した。シート状化粧料（２）を収納する包装フィルム袋体（５）として、アルミニウム蒸着延伸樹脂フィルムを用い、固定用樹脂シート（１）に担持されたシート状化粧料（２）を収納し、切断開口部（６）の左側縦幅が９０ｍｍ、横幅が１１５ｍｍの長方形の形状で、四方シール機を用いて、熱シール幅は５ｍｍで密封した。開封指示部（７）としては左端部から２０ｍｍのところに三角形のノッヂを設け、合わせて印刷表示することで明記した。開封方向は、縦方向に向かって開封するように設定した。尚、シート状化粧料（２）はポリアクリル酸系樹脂を骨格とし、液体成分として水とグリセリンを製剤の自重の８０質量％含むゲルからなり、内部に開口部が充分に大きいナイロンのチュールを保持しており、かつゲル表面に水とグリセリンの混合液を保持している構造を持つ透明ゲル体を使用して、図２のサンプルを試作した。

実施例１で用いた固定用樹脂シートの形状を変化させ、凸部を持たない図７の長方形（６５ｍｍ×８２ｍｍ）の固定用樹脂シート（１１）を用い、包装フィルム袋体（１３）として、アルミニウム蒸着延伸樹脂フィルム（縦幅９０ｍｍ、横幅１００ｍｍ）を用い、シート状化粧料（１２）他はすべて実施例１と同様の条件で図８のサンプルを試作した。

固定用樹脂シートとして、厚さ１００μｍのシリコーンコートポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムを用い、凸部を持たない長方形（６０ｍｍ×８２ｍｍ）の固定用樹脂シートを作製した。包装フィルム袋体としてアルミニウム蒸着延伸樹脂フィルム（縦幅７５ｍｍ、横幅１００ｍｍ）を用い、他はすべて実施例１と同様の条件でサンプルを試作した。

固定用樹脂シート（１）として、厚さ１００μｍのシリコーンコートポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムを用い、図３に示す様に左側縦方向の外端部（３）の中央部に略半円弧状の凸部（４）持つ固定用樹脂シート（１）を作製した。シート状化粧料（２）を収納する包装フィルム袋体（５）としては、アルミニウム蒸着延伸樹脂フィルムを用い、固定用樹脂シート（１）に担持されたシート状化粧料（２）を収納し縦幅が９０ｍｍ、横幅が１１５ｍｍの長方形の形状で、三方シール機を用い、シール幅は５ｍｍで密封した。開口指示部（７）は左端部から２０ｍｍのところに三角形のノッヂを設け、合わせて印刷表示することで明記した。開封方向は、縦方向に向かって開封するように設定した。尚、シート状化粧料に用いたゲルは実施例１と同様のものを用い図４のサンプルを試作した。

表２の結果より、本発明の各実施例では包装フィルム材が途中で切れなくなったり、中味のゲルを損傷したりするトラブルは僅かしか発生しなかったのに対して、比較例１のような凸部を持たない長方形の固定用樹脂シートでは、包装フィルム材を開封する際に、中の樹脂シートが干渉して包装材が途中までしか開封できなくなる例が多く見られた。また、比較例２は全体の大きさを小さくし、開封時の開封部の大きさをほぼ合わせたものであるが、全体の大きさが小さくなると開封部の大きさが同じであっても手でしっかり支えられているため、トラブルが少なくなることが判った。さらに比較例３では、中の固定用樹脂シートを薄いものに変更した例であるが、開封時に中のゲルが損傷したり、樹脂シートが折れ曲がったりするトラブルが多く認められた。

【発明の効果】
以上の結果から、本発明は、切断開封部の幅が３０ｍｍ以上ある大型の包装フィルム袋体で包装されている、固定用樹脂シートに固定されたシート状化粧料において、包装フィルム袋体を開封してシート状化粧料を取り出しやすいように工夫されたシート状化粧料を提供できることは明らかである。
