Description
拡大した心筋症は冠状動脈疾患、及び高血圧のように心筋の機能を損なうような多くの種々の病状の結果として生ずる。左心室は肥大し、エジェクション・フラクションは減少する。肺静脈の圧力が増大し、心臓の出力が減少するため、鬱血性の心臓疾患を引き起こす。僧帽弁環状部、及び左心室の肥大のため、僧帽弁膜が不完全になる。このため、容積の過大な負荷を生じ、ミオパシーを悪化させ、その結果、徐々に肥大が悪性化し、僧帽弁の逆流が一層悪化する。
本明細書中、「基端、又は基端部」と称するのは、おおむね医療装置を操作する医師、又は医療装置の操作者に近い側の端部を意味し、「末端、又は末端部」と称するのは、おおむね医療装置の操作者から遠い側の端部を意味する。
Claims (19)
- 冠状湾曲部に隣接する僧帽弁環状部を改善する医療装置において、
脈管系内に完全に配置される寸法を共に有する基端領域と、末端領域とを有する細長体であって、冠状湾曲部の少なくとも一部にトランスルミナル送給をするための第1形態から、前記冠状湾曲部に近い僧帽弁環状部を改善するための第2形態に移動可能である細長体と、
前記細長体を前記第1トランスルミナル形態から、前記第2改善形態に操作するため、前記細長体に取り付けられた形成素子とを具え、
前記細長体が複数個の横方向の溝孔または窪みを有する管から成ることを特徴とし、
前記溝孔または窪みが前記細長体の円周の180゜と315゜との間にわたり延在し、そして前記溝孔または窪みが、少なくとも1つの軸の側方運動と干渉するような形態である2個の隣接する縦方向に対向する部分を備えことを特徴とする医療装置。 - 前記細長体が前記改善形態にある時、前記溝孔の形状を変化させることによって、前記細長体が弓形を形成する請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記弓形に相当する最もよく適合する一定半径の曲線は約10mmから約20mmの範囲内の半径を有している請求項2に記載の医療装置。
- 前記細長体を前記第2形態に保持するロック装置を更に具える請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ロック装置が締りばめから成る請求項4に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ロック装置が圧縮ばめから成る請求項4に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ロック装置がラチェットから成る請求項4に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ロック装置が第1の離脱形態と第2の掛合形態との間に移動できる掛合面から成る請求項4に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ロック装置はロックされる方向に押圧されている請求項4に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ロック装置はロックを解く方向に押圧されている請求項4に記載の医療装置。
- 前記細長体上にコーティングを更に具えている請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記医療装置はその操作者に接近する方向への前記形成素子の後退に応答して、前記移植形態から、前記改善形態に移動可能である請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記医療装置はその操作者から離れる方向への前記形成素子の前進に応答して、前記移植形態から、前記改善形態に移動可能である請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 体内管内の配備位置に、前記医療装置を保持するアンカーを更に具える請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記アンカーが前記医療装置の末端延長部から成る請求項14に記載の医療装置。
- 前記アンカーが前記体内管の壁に掛合する摩擦増大表面構造から成る請求項14に記載の医療装置。
- 前記アンカーが前記体内管の壁に挿通する少なくとも1個のとげから成る請求項14に記載の医療装置。
- 前記医療装置の軸線方向の長さが約10cmに過ぎない請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記医療装置の最大横断面の寸法が約10mmに過ぎない請求項18に記載の医療装置。
