Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a mobile phone and an emergency call transmission method used therefor, and more particularly, to an emergency call transmission for making a call to a police or a fire department in an emergency in a mobile phone.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, some mobile phones automatically call a pre-registered public lifesaving / emergency organization when a special one-touch key is pressed to make a call to the police or fire department in an emergency. It is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003]
However, in the above method, after being connected to the line between the lifesaving and emergency facilities, the voice must be uttered and the emergency situation must be transmitted to the lifesaving and emergency personnel. When the voice cannot be emitted, the emergency situation cannot be notified.
[0004]
Therefore, in a conventional mobile phone, by pressing a key switch for emergency communication, an emergency call is sent to an emergency contact stored in advance in memory, and an emergency signal and the telephone number of the terminal itself are emergency A method of notifying a contact as signal data has been proposed (for example, see Patent Document 2).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In recent years, the number of multifunctional models equipped with various functions such as e-mail, browsing, phonebook, scheduler, etc. in addition to the telephone function has been increasing in mobile phones, and one of those functions, for example, the e-mail creation function is in operation. The telephone function cannot be used.
[0007]
Since this mobile phone has been improved in functionality by incorporating a large number of functions as described above, it is becoming increasingly difficult to make it without problems when realizing it. That is, if the terminal itself falls into an abnormal state (runaway, hang-up, etc.) due to a software bug or the like, naturally an emergency call cannot be made. In
[0008]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems and provide a mobile phone capable of making an emergency call even in an abnormal state where no key input is accepted and an emergency call sending method used therefor. .

[0010]
An emergency call transmission method according to the present invention is an emergency call transmission method for dialing an emergency call destination in a mobile phone including at least a central processing unit for communication control ,
The central processing unit detecting a preset specific pressing order of keys; starting a timer when detecting the specific pressing order ; and writing the contents of the pressing order into a memory; Nde read the contents of the press order of the memory upon restarting a timeout running the steps of dialing.
[0011]
That is, the mobile phone of the present invention is provided with two redundant key detection means for one key, and the pressing order of specific keys for emergency calls, for example, “1”, “1”, “0”, “ The emergency call determination means for detecting the order of the “call button” starts the timer and saves the dial contents in the nonvolatile memory.
[0012]
In the mobile phone of the present invention, the timer is usually stopped by the CPU (Central Processing Unit) within a specific time and the dial contents of the nonvolatile memory are cleared. However, if the timer is not stopped due to an abnormal state or the like, the CPU To reset. The CPU refers to the nonvolatile memory at the time of activation by reset, and automatically dials after activation if the emergency call number is stored.
[0013]
As a result, the mobile phone of the present invention can reliably send an emergency call even when the CPU is not operating due to a software failure, that is, even in an abnormal state (runaway, hang-up, etc.) due to a software failure. Is possible.
