Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a counterfeit product inspection system, and more specifically to a counterfeit product inspection system using a consumer terminal.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Counterfeit products made in China and so on cover a wide range, including automobile parts, motorcycles, pharmaceuticals, and electrical products. The contents of the imitation are as follows: (1) Two-wheeled vehicle logo that is confused with a famous Japanese automobile manufacturer. (2) Imitate the appearance and design of the product exactly like a Japanese product. (3) Unauthorized use of manufacturing technology patented by a Japanese company. (The above, "Yomiuri Shimbun" dated January 11, 2002).
And the damage of counterfeit goods by Japanese companies in China is expected to reach 1 trillion yen per year. In a survey conducted by JETRO in China, more than 70 companies responded that the annual damage amounted to 1 billion yen or more.
Steady investigation and detection are necessary for countering counterfeit brands, but recent personal computers, daily necessities, and counterfeit products of clothing make it difficult for companies to identify authenticity.
For PCs, authorized agents take out new products from boxes, and “repackaging” means selling genuine warranty cards, counterfeit with boxes, and genuine without boxes. In clothing and accessories, subcontract factories often produce products that exceed the order quantity and sell them without permission.
Conventionally, phonograms are often used as a technique for instantly identifying these counterfeits on site.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, forgery technology of the honogram itself has also been developed, and since it is judged visually, it is easy to be judged to be genuine if a similar phonogram is attached (the “Nikkei Sangyo Shimbun”). .
An object of the present invention is to provide a counterfeit product inspection system capable of making a genuine and accurate judgment when purchasing a product.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, a counterfeit product inspection system according to the present invention comprises means for recording authentication information on a product or product packaging, an authentication server and a consumer terminal connected to a communication network, respectively. The person terminal includes means for reading the authentication information attached to the product or the product packaging, means for transmitting the authentication information to the authentication server, and means for outputting the analysis result received from the authentication server. Further, the authentication server includes means for analyzing the authentication information received from the consumer terminal and means for transmitting the analysis result to the consumer terminal.
The counterfeit product inspection system includes means for reading product information, means for transmitting the product information to an authentication server, and means for outputting the product information converted into a predetermined format by the authentication server. Preferably, the authentication server includes means for converting the product information into a predetermined format and means for transmitting the converted product information to the consumer terminal.
In the counterfeit product inspection system, it is preferable to record the authentication information using any one of specific ink, magnetic tape, barcode, and IC chip, or a combination thereof.
Moreover, it is preferable that the said counterfeit goods inspection system is provided with the means to transmit a positional information to an authentication server in a consumer terminal.
Further, the consumer terminal according to the present invention outputs means for reading the authentication information attached to the product or the product packaging, means for transmitting the authentication information to the authentication server, and an analysis result of the authentication information received from the authentication server. And a means for performing.
The consumer terminal preferably includes means for reading product information, means for transmitting the product information to an authentication server, and means for outputting the product information converted into a predetermined format by the authentication server.
Moreover, it is preferable that the said consumer terminal is provided with a means to transmit position information to an authentication server.
Moreover, it is preferable that the said consumer terminal is provided with the means to analyze authentication information, and the means to output the analysis result.
Moreover, it is preferable that the said consumer terminal is provided with the means to convert merchandise information into a predetermined format, and the means to output the merchandise information after conversion.
