Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a printed matter in which counterfeiting of tickets, commuter passes, admission tickets, etc., and in particular, counterfeiting by copying.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, on the surface on which the sections such as tickets, commuter passes and admission tickets and the date and time are printed, fine patterns such as letters and marks are printed as endless patterns, which have been regarded as a means to prevent counterfeiting. Recently, the accuracy of color copiers has improved, and almost the same products have been copied with some background patterns and fine marks. When visual judgment is required, It has become very difficult to distinguish.
[0003]
Therefore, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 59-202899, a printing film or a transfer foil provided with an outer surface that expresses an iris interference fringe is adhered or transferred to the surface of an autograph, photograph, or company badge. A method for preventing counterfeiting is described. However, in this case, it is a method of preparing and pasting a printing film or transfer foil with an outer surface that expresses iris-colored interference fringes that can be distinguished at a glance. In the case of a large amount of paper that is printed and issued immediately before, it cannot be pasted each time, and when it is a transfer foil, a transfer process other than printing, and an apparatus therefor Is required, and it takes time to issue the ticket, and the cost is very high, which is not realistic. In addition, the iris color that can distinguish gloss at a glance makes it difficult to see the underlying layer and prevents obvious counterfeiting, so it does not give a good impression to most regular users. It was.
[0004]
Also, tickets and admission tickets are supplied with rolls of raw material rolled up to a certain width, and are used while being cut at regular intervals. It was impossible to print some marks in advance, and it was more difficult to prevent forgery.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and has a heat-sensitive or pressure-sensitive color developing layer on the substrate, and more reliably prevents counterfeiting of printed matter printed immediately before. It is an object of the present invention to provide an anti-counterfeit printed matter that can be made less prominent and unnecessary in terms of cost.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the solution means of the present invention comprises a heat-sensitive or pressure-sensitive color-developing layer laminated on one side of a base material layer, and a tint block, a fine mark or a monochromatic solid printing is printed on the heat-sensitive or pressure-sensitive color developing layer. In the anti-counterfeit printed matter in which a light coherent reflective layer in which a pearl pigment is mixed is formed on the printed layer, the light coherent reflective layer is partially formed and the light coherent reflective layer is formed. An anti-counterfeit printed matter characterized in that a colored layer of the heat-sensitive or pressure-sensitive coloring layer is recognized from a portion that has not been printed . In this way, the light-interfering reflective layer mixed with the pearl pigment that is not so noticeable on the printed matter will appear as a very conspicuous color tone on the layer colored by heat or pressure. Thus, forgery prevention is achieved.
[0007]
In addition, as described above, by providing a printing layer on the heat-sensitive or pressure-sensitive color developing layer provided on one side of the base material layer, that is, a background pattern, fine marks, etc., or solid color printing, color is generated by heat or pressure. It is possible to make the light coherent reflective layer less conspicuous in other places.
[0008]
In addition, the anti-counterfeit printed matter, which is a layer that reflects light of a certain wavelength and transmits light of other wavelengths, can have a hue that can be easily identified by humans.
[0009]
In addition, by making the heat-sensitive or pressure-sensitive color developing layer a forgery-preventing printed matter that develops black color under certain conditions, it is possible to absorb the wavelength transmitted through the light-interfering reflective layer, and to reflect only the original reflected wavelength. In addition, since a hue different from that which has been seen until then appears, it can be easily discriminated visually, and the effect of preventing forgery is improved.
[0010]
Next, a heat-sensitive or pressure-sensitive coloring layer is provided on one side of the base material layer, or the heat-sensitive or pressure-sensitive coloring layer is laminated on one side of the base material layer, and printing is performed on the heat-sensitive or pressure-sensitive coloring layer. By using a forgery-preventing printed matter having a light reflectance of 50% or more on the surface in the state where the layer is provided, the amount of reflected light other than the light-interfering reflective layer increases, so that the color other than color due to heat or pressure The light-interfering reflective layer at the location can be made less conspicuous, and the difference from the hue that develops color due to the heat or pressure can be increased, and the hue that develops color is particularly dark, such as black. In the case of a hue that hardly reflects, the difference becomes particularly large, and discrimination becomes easy.
[0011]
Next, by making the anti-counterfeit printed matter in which the hue of the reflected light of the light interference reflective layer and the hue of the printing layer are similar colors, the light interference reflection at a place other than the color due to heat sensitivity or pressure sensitivity Since the layer can be made indistinguishable from the printed layer, it is possible to make it easier to discriminate the iris color at the location where the color is developed by heat or pressure.
[0012]
Similarly, by using a forgery-proof printed matter in which the hue of the transmitted light of the light-interfering reflective layer and the hue of the printed layer are similar colors, only light of a certain wavelength is reflected by being originally transmitted, By coherently reflecting the transmitted light where the monochromatic light is supposed to be seen, it becomes almost the same reflected light as the incident light. Since the layer can be made indistinguishable from the printed layer, it is possible to make it easier to discriminate the iris color at the location where the color is developed by heat or pressure.
[0013]
Next, the anti-counterfeit printed matter in which a transparent protective layer is laminated on the light coherent reflective layer can increase the surface strength and prevent the light coherent reflective layer from peeling off due to friction or rubbing. Therefore, it is possible to surely prevent forgery.
[0014]
Next, by using a forgery-preventing printed material having a magnetic layer formed on the other surface of the base material layer, discrimination other than visual recognition is possible, and forgery prevention can be achieved more reliably.
[0015]

Here, the mica titanium-based pearl pigment exhibits various interference colors depending on the thickness of the titanium dioxide coating layer on the surface of the mica particles. That is, when the amount of titanium dioxide is 10 to 26% by weight of the product, the interference color is usually silver, but when it is 26 to 40% by weight, it is gold, and when it is 40 to 50% by weight, the titanium dioxide coating layer increases. , Red, blue, and green. In addition, we have explained about tickets, commuter passes, admission tickets, etc., but of course there are things that can be used by visual judgment, such as gold vouchers, securities, etc. It is. In addition, as a shape for coloring the heat-sensitive or pressure-sensitive color-developing layer and discriminating with the light-interfering reflective layer, a shape having a certain area is better than characters with thin lines, □ marks painted black, ☆ marks and white letters are suitable.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention provides a forgery prevention structure in which a heat-sensitive or pressure-sensitive color-developing layer is laminated on one surface of a base material layer, and a light-interfering reflective layer mixed with a pearl pigment is formed on the heat-sensitive or pressure-sensitive color-developing layer. Since it is a printed matter, the light-interfering reflective layer mixed with the pearl pigment that is formed so that it is not so noticeable on the printed matter clearly reflects on the hue developed by heat or pressure sensitivity and is visible, preventing counterfeiting Will come to be planned.
[0028]
In addition, the light-interfering reflective layer reflects a certain wavelength and transmits other wavelengths, or the heat-sensitive or pressure-sensitive color-developing layer is colored black under certain conditions, or on one side of the base material layer. The surface has a light reflectance of 50% or more in a state in which a heat-sensitive or pressure-sensitive color-developing layer is laminated, or a state in which a heat-sensitive or pressure-sensitive color-developing layer and a printing layer are laminated on one side of the base material layer, By making the hue of the reflected or transmitted light of the reflective layer and the hue of the printing layer similar, the hue of the non-colored part and the colored part can be clarified and the anti-counterfeiting effect can be further improved. It will be.

Furthermore, by laminating a transparent protective layer on the light-interfering reflective layer, it becomes possible to provide friction resistance without causing attenuation of the reflected wavelength, and reliable counterfeit prevention can be achieved. In addition, by forming a magnetic layer on the other surface of the base material layer, discrimination other than visual observation is possible, and a double check is performed, so that forgery can be prevented more reliably.
