L1v=(L1・cosθ+Lv・sinθ)
L2v=(L2・cosθ+Lv・sinθ)
L1v+L2v={(L1+L2)・cosθ+2・Lv・sinθ}
=LL

L1x=L1a,L1y=Lva
L1x=L1b,L1y=Lvb
L2x=L2a,L2y=Lva
L2x=L1b,L2y=Lvb
L3x=L2a,L3y=Lva
L3x=L2b,L3y=Lvb
L4x=L1a,L4y=Lva
L4x=L1b,L4y=Lvb
【0040】
A1=(L1x・cosθ+L1y・sinθ)
A2=(L2x・cosθ+L1y・sinθ)
A3=(L3x・cosθ+L3y・sinθ)
A4=(L4x・cosθ+L4y・sinθ)

Further, the omnidirectional mobile trolley described above includes an operation unit to which an operator applies an operation force and assists the operation force, but does not include an operation unit to which the operator applies an operation force. There are those that autonomously determine the moving direction based on the above and drive in the determined moving direction (for example, Japanese Patent Application Nos. 2001-329903 and 2001-336863 proposed by the applicant of the present application). Even in this case, if it is attempted to further increase the accuracy of speed control and position control when driving in the determined moving direction, similarly, the fluctuation of the contact point of the
[0019]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described reasons, and an object thereof is to provide an omnidirectional mobile carriage capable of speed control and position control with higher accuracy than before.

[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to
[0021]
Thereby, the drive output calculation means does not determine the drive output in each drive unit using the coefficient determined based on the average ground contact position of the universal wheel as in the prior art, but the ground contact point of the universal wheel. Since the coefficient of the arithmetic expression used when determining the drive output in each drive unit is switched in accordance with the timing of switching, speed control and position control can be performed with higher accuracy than in the past.
[0022]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the first aspect of the invention, the vehicle body includes an operation unit to which an operator applies an operation force, and the operation control assists the operation force applied to the operation unit. The drive element value calculating means calculates the driving element value according to the operating force applied to the operating section.

Thereby, the effect of
[0024]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the first aspect of the present invention, the vehicle body has a vehicle body speed detecting means for calculating the vehicle body speed from the rotation of the universal wheel, and a vehicle body position calculation for calculating the vehicle body position from the vehicle body speed. Means for autonomously determining the movement direction based on the vehicle body position and the target position, and the operation control is driven in the autonomously determined movement direction, and the driving element value The calculating means is characterized in that it calculates according to the determined moving direction.
[0025]
Thereby, the effect of
[0026]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of any one of the first to third aspects, the drive output calculating means calculates the coefficient of the calculation formula at an initial stage where the vehicle body starts to move. The drive output in each drive unit is determined using a coefficient determined based on the average contact point position of the universal wheel without switching, and the contact point switching timing determination means at the stage where the vehicle body has moved by a predetermined distance. The coefficient of the arithmetic expression is switched in accordance with the determined switching timing.
[0027]
As a result, even when a relatively inexpensive circuit configuration is used instead of an expensive circuit configuration as a ground point switching timing determination means for determining the timing at which the universal wheel ground point switches, the drive output The calculation means can reliably determine the drive output in each drive unit.
[0028]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the configuration according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, the drive output calculating means before and after the switching timing determined by the ground point switching timing determining means. It is characterized by monitoring whether or not there is a deviation between the calculated drive output and the actual drive detection value in each of the drive units, and when there is a deviation, a correction means for correcting the switching timing is provided. It is said.
[0029]
Thereby, since the switching timing of the coefficient of the arithmetic expression used when determining the drive output in each drive unit in the drive output calculation means becomes more accurate, the accuracy of speed control and position control is further improved.
[0030]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of any one of the first to fifth aspects, the ground point switching timing determining means directly determines whether or not each roller constituting the universal wheel is grounded. It is characterized by having a detection sensor for detecting the above.
[0031]
Thereby, the structure of the contact point switching timing determination means for determining the timing at which the contact point of the universal wheel is switched can be further simplified, and can be realized at low cost.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing the configuration of a drive control system for an omnidirectional mobile trolley according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Components corresponding to those of the prior art shown in FIGS. A sign is attached. This is an omnidirectional mobile trolley of the type that assists the operating force.

The distances in the y direction to the grounding point are L1y, L2y, L3y, and L4y, respectively. Further, for the two inner and outer roller groups 8out and 8in constituting each of the universal wheels w1 to w4, the grounding points of the

At this time, distances L1x, L2x, L3x, L4x in the x direction from the control center O to the contact points P1S, P2S, P3S, P4S, P1L, P2L, P3L, P4L of the

When the roller is grounded at P1L

(4) When the roller is grounded with P4S
L4x = L1a, L4y = Lva
When the roller is grounded at P4L
L4x = L1b, L4y = Lvb
[0040]
Thus, the distances L1x, L2x, L3x, L4x in the x direction from the control center O to the grounding points P1S, P2S, P3S, P4S, P1L, P2L, P3L, P4L of the universal wheels w1 to w4 and the y direction The distances L1y, L2y, L3y, and L4y change as the wheels w1 to w4 rotate.
[0041]
Therefore, in this embodiment, fixed coefficients L1, L2, and the like that are used in the arithmetic expression shown in [Formula 1] as in the past according to changes in the grounding points of the respective universal wheels w1 to w4. Instead of using Lv, the driving outputs (speed command values) v1, v2, and v2 of the universal wheels w1 to w4 are based on the following arithmetic expression so that the coefficient of the arithmetic expression is switched according to the change in the grounding point. v3 and v4 are obtained.

[0043]
In the above [Equation 6],
A1 = (L1x · cos θ + L1y · sin θ)
A2 = (L2x · cos θ + L1y · sin θ)

A4 = (L4x · cos θ + L4y · sin θ)
Then, [Formula 6] can be further described as follows.

[Expression 7]
[0045]
In addition, when it is necessary to know the current driving element value D (Vax, Vay, Vaψ) of the omnidirectional mobile carriage in reverse, it can be obtained by obtaining an inverse matrix of the equation (7). That is, since it is redundant to obtain the driving element value D (Vax, Vay, Vaψ) from the four speeds v1 to v4, the following inverse matrix is obtained considering that the calculation is performed while ignoring v1.

The case of ignoring v2 to v4 can be calculated by the same calculation, and the description is omitted.

Here, since the coefficients A1 to A4 when the speed command values v1 to v4 are obtained based on the arithmetic expression of [Equation 7], the numerical values of L1a, L1b, L2a, L2b, Lva, and Lvb are included. Each time w1 to w4 rotate and the grounding points of the inner and

[0056]
Therefore, first, the contact period determination means 18 counts the output pulses of the rotary encoder 40 (41 to 44) and calculates the actual rotational speed of the universal wheels w1 to w4 from the number of counts per unit time. Next, by taking the difference between the actual rotational speed of the universal wheels w1 to w4 and the speed command values v1 to v4 calculated by the drive output calculating means 16, the deviation between the two is indicated by a one-dot chain line in FIG. It is obtained as such a pulse waveform.
[0057]
Since this pulse waveform has the horizontal axis as the time axis, the period Tf changes depending on the speed. Therefore, in order to eliminate this influence, as shown by the one-dot chain line in FIG. 5, it is converted back into the movement amount (movement distance) of the

However, at an initial stage where the

Then, the drive output calculation means 16 is in a stage where the vehicle body moves by a predetermined distance and the switching period Tg is determined by the grounding period determination means 18, and thereafter, in accordance with the switching period Tg [Fig. 7]. The speed command values v1 to v4 are calculated by switching the coefficients A1 to A4 of the arithmetic expression. The specific procedure in this case is as shown in the flowchart of FIG.
[0061]
Thus, when the drive output calculation means 16 obtains the speed command values v1, v2, v3, v4 of the universal wheels w1 to w4 based on the formula of [Equation 7], these speed command values v1, v2, v3. , V4 data is provided to the respective control means 21-24, so that the respective control means 21-24 are respectively set so that the rotational speeds of the respective universal wheels w1-w4 become the respective speed command values v1, v2, v3, v4.
