本発明は、メール振分けサーバ、メール振分け方法、及びプログラムに関する。特に本発明は、業務に関するメールを複数の宛先に振り分けるメール振分けサーバ、メール振分け方法、及びプログラムに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、関係者が複数存在する業務の情報を電子メールで送信する場合には、電子メールの送信者は、業務の役割を担う複数の個人のメールアドレスを、個別に、又はメーリングリスト等でグループ化してメールの宛先に指定する（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら従来の技術によれば、メールアドレスは、一般に個人に対応付けて割り当てられているので、業務の役割を担う個人が変更されると、業務に関する電子メールが、適切な個人に送信されない可能性があった。したがって、ユーザは、業務の役割を担う個人を意識することなく、業務の情報を適切な宛先に送信することができなかった。

そこで本発明は、上記の課題を解決することのできるメール振分けサーバ、メール振分け方法、及びプログラムを提供することを目的とする。この目的は特許請求の範囲における独立項に記載の特徴の組み合わせにより達成される。また従属項は本発明の更なる有利な具体例を規定する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
即ち、本発明の第１の形態によると、契約の業務に関するメールを複数の宛先に振り分けるメール振分けサーバは、顧客との契約を識別する契約識別情報に対応付けて、契約の業務に関わる役割を格納する役割データベースと、役割に対応付けて、役割を担う個人のメールアドレスを格納するアドレスデータベースと、顧客から契約を識別する契約識別情報を受け付ける受付部と、受付部が受け付けた契約識別情報に基づいて、役割データベースから、契約の業務に関わる役割を抽出する役割抽出部と、抽出された役割に基づいて、アドレスデータベースから役割を担う個人のメールアドレスを抽出し、抽出したメールアドレスを、契約の業務に関するメールの宛先に割り当てるアドレス割当て部とを備える。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、発明の実施の形態を通じて本発明を説明するが、以下の実施の形態は特許請求の範囲にかかる発明を限定するものではなく、又実施形態の中で説明されている特徴の組み合わせの全てが発明の解決手段に必須であるとは限らない。

図１は、本実施形態に係るメール振分けシステム１００の構成を示す。本実施形態に係るメール振分けシステム１００は、一例として損害保険会社によって利用される。メール振分けシステム１００は、ネットワーク８０に接続された端末の例としての顧客端末５０、保険会社端末６０、及び代理店端末７０と、メール振分けサーバ１０とを備える。以下、損害保険会社がメール振分けシステム１００を利用する例を用いて本実施形態を説明する。メール振分けサーバ１０は、顧客端末５０、保険会社端末６０、又は代理店端末７０から保険契約の業務に関するメールを受信し、メールが伝達する業務の役割を担う個人にメールを送信する。メール振分けサーバ１０は、損害保険会社によって運用される。顧客端末５０、保険会社端末６０、及び代理店端末７０は、それぞれ顧客、損害保険会社従業員、及び代理店従業員が利用する端末である。
