【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、デジタル方式の放送受信装置に関する。特に、裏番組の録画機能を有するデジタル放送受信装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に、デジタル放送受信装置は、視聴を所望する放送番組を選局するための番組選択指示手段と、該番組選択指示手段により選局された放送番組や番組情報の搬送周波数に同調して選局する同調器と、該同調器からの出力信号を復調した復調信号を出力する復調器からなる選局復調手段と、該選局復調手段により選局復調された前記復調信号が、有料放送として、暗号化（即ち、スクランブル）されている場合は、暗号を解除した多重化デジタル信号に復号する暗号解除手段（即ち、デスクランブル手段）と、映像・音声・番組の各情報に多重化されている前記多重化デジタル信号を映像信号・音声信号・番組信号のそれぞれのデジタル信号に多重分離して出力する多重分離器とかかるそれぞれのデジタル信号を復号化して視聴可能な映像情報・音声情報に変換する復号器とからなる多重分離復号化手段とを備えることにより、受信した放送信号を映像音声情報や番組情報として、テレビジョンモニタ装置などの映像音声表示手段に出力して、視聴に供している。

更に、視聴していない裏番組などを録画したい場合には、たとえば、特開２０００−４４３１号公報「有料放送受信方法および装置」や特開平１１−３３１７２１号公報「デジタル放送受信端末装置」に記載されているように、前述と同様の放送信号の受信手段、即ち、前記選局復調手段と前記暗号解除手段と前記多重分離復号化手段とを、視聴用とは別に更にもう一組、録画用として、備えた装置構成とすることが必要である。かかる録画専用の受信手段を備えさせることにより、出力された視聴可能な映像音声情報をビデオテープレコーダのごとき映像音声記録手段に出力記録せしめることにより、視聴していない裏番組でも、視聴番組と並行して録画することが可能となる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、単純に、前記選局復調手段と前記暗号解除手段と前記多重分離復号化手段とを、視聴用とは別に、更にもう一組、録画用として、備えた装置構成とするだけでは、所望する放送番組を、正しく録画することができず、後で再生しても視聴することができない場合が生ずる。
たとえば、現在視聴していない録画用の裏番組が別途購入を必要とする有料放送番組に切り替わってしまっていた場合、視聴者が有料放送番組への切り替わりに気付かずに、そのまま録画させてしまう事態が発生する。かかる有料放送番組は暗号化（スクランブル）された状態で放送されているため、新たに購入指示をして、暗号を解除せしめない限り、暗号が解除されずに、録画しても再生して視聴することができない状態にある。即ち、かかる有料放送番組の購入をせずに録画せんとしても暗号化されたままの状態でビデオテープレコーダなどの映像音声記録手段に記録されてしまうため、記録された映像音声情報を再生しても視聴することができないことになる。

本発明に係るデジタル放送受信装置は、かかる問題に鑑みてなされたものであり、デジタル放送信号に含まれている番組情報を解析する番組情報解析手段と、該番組情報解析手段によって解析された番組情報に基づいて任意の文字図形情報及び／又は音声情報を生成することができる表示情報作成手段と、該表示情報作成手段によって作成された前記文字図形情報及び／又は音声情報を視聴用映像音声情報と合成させる映像音声合成手段とを備えさせることにより、前記番組情報の解析結果に基づいて、次に録画せんとしている視聴していない裏番組が、たとえば、別途購入を必要とする有料放送番組に切り替わった際には、視聴者に対して、有料放送番組に切り替わった旨を文字図形情報及び／又は音声情報として予め通知することにより、視聴者が、裏番組である有料放送番組を購入して、暗号が解除された状態として録画を継続させるか、他の放送番組を選局し直して録画を継続させるか、あるいは、録画を中止させてしまうか、を選択することを可能にせんとするものであり、而して、暗号化されたまま裏番組が無駄に録画されてしまうごとき不都合を解決せんとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
第１の技術手段は、視聴または録画のために、視聴者が所望するデジタル放送番組を選択指示することができる番組選択指示手段と、該番組選択指示手段が視聴用として選択指示した放送番組や番組情報の搬送周波数に同調して選局し復調して視聴用復調信号を出力する第１の選局復調手段と、前記第１の選局復調手段により選局復調出力された前記視聴用復調信号が暗号化されている場合は、暗号を解除した視聴用デジタル信号に復号する第１の暗号解除手段と、暗号が解除された前記視聴用デジタル信号を多重分離して復号化して、視聴用映像音声情報として映像音声表示手段に出力し視聴に供する第１の多重分離復号化手段とを備え、かつ、該番組選択指示手段が録画用として選択指示した放送番組や番組情報の搬送周波数に同調して選局し復調して録画用復調信号を出力する第２の選局復調手段と、前記第２の選局復調手段により選局復調出力された前記録画用復調信号が暗号化されている場合は、暗号を解除した録画用デジタル信号に復号する第２の暗号解除手段と、暗号が解除された前記録画用デジタル信号を多重分離して復号化して、録画用映像音声情報として映像音声記録手段に出力し録画させる第２の多重分離復号化手段とを備え、かつ、前記視聴用デジタル信号及び前記録画用デジタル信号に含まれている前記番組情報を抽出して解析することができる番組情報解析手段と、該番組情報解析手段による前記番組情報の解析結果に基づいて、任意の文字図形情報及び／又は音声情報を生成することができる表示情報作成手段と、該表示情報作成手段によって生成された前記文字図形情報及び／又は音声情報と前記第１の多重分離復号化手段から出力される前記視聴用映像音声情報とを合成させる映像音声合成手段とを備えたデジタル放送受信装置において、前記番組情報解析手段による前記番組情報の解析結果に基づいて、次に放送される次放送番組が前記第１及び／又は第２の選局復調手段から次に出力される前記視聴用及び／又は録画用復調信号が暗号化されていて、かつ、暗号化されている該録画用復調信号の暗号を解除する復号化鍵を有せず、該暗号を解除することができない状態にあるとされた際には、前記表示情報作成手段によって、暗号が解除できない旨を示す前記文字図形情報からなる警告画面情報及び／又は前記音声情報からなる警告音声情報が作成され、作成された前記警告画面情報及び／又は前記警告音声情報と前記第１の多重分離復号化手段から出力される前記視聴用映像音声情報とを前記映像音声合成手段により合成させて、前記映像音声表示手段に出力させることができる警告出力手段を備え、更に、前記次放送番組が、録画用の放送番組であった場合、前記表示情報作成手段によって作成される前記警告画面情報及び／又は前記警告音声情報が、録画用の前記次放送番組の前記映像音声記録手段への録画中止とするか、あるいは、他の放送番組を選局し直して録画をさせる他番組選局録画とするかを視聴者に選択させる案内情報を含む警告情報であり、かつ、前記番組選択指示手段が、該警告情報に応じて、前記録画中止と前記他番組選局録画とのいずれでも選択指示することができる選択手段を備えているデジタル放送受信装置とすることを特徴とするものである。

第２の技術手段は、視聴または録画のために、視聴者が所望するデジタル放送番組を選択指示することができる番組選択指示手段と、該番組選択指示手段が視聴用として選択指示した放送番組や番組情報の搬送周波数に同調して選局し復調して視聴用復調信号を出力する第１の選局復調手段と、前記第１の選局復調手段により選局復調出力された前記視聴用復調信号が暗号化されている場合は、暗号を解除した視聴用デジタル信号に復号する第１の暗号解除手段と、暗号が解除された前記視聴用デジタル信号を多重分離して復号化して、視聴用映像音声情報として映像音声表示手段に出力し視聴に供する第１の多重分離復号化手段とを備え、かつ、該番組選択指示手段が録画用として選択指示した放送番組や番組情報の搬送周波数に同調して選局し復調して録画用復調信号を出力する第２の選局復調手段と、前記第２の選局復調手段により選局復調出力された前記録画用復調信号が暗号化されている場合は、暗号を解除した録画用デジタル信号に復号する第２の暗号解除手段と、暗号が解除された前記録画用デジタル信号を多重分離して復号化して、録画用映像音声情報として映像音声記録手段に出力し録画させる第２の多重分離復号化手段とを備え、かつ、前記視聴用デジタル信号及び前記録画用デジタル信号に含まれている前記番組情報を抽出して解析することができる番組情報解析手段と、該番組情報解析手段による前記番組情報の解析結果に基づいて、任意の文字図形情報及び／又は音声情報を生成することができる表示情報作成手段と、該表示情報作成手段によって生成された前記文字図形情報及び／又は音声情報と前記第１の多重分離復号化手段から出力される前記視聴用映像音声情報とを合成させる映像音声合成手段とを備えたデジタル放送受信装置において、前記番組情報解析手段による前記番組情報の解析結果に基づいて、次に放送される番組が購入を必要とする有料放送番組であるとされた際には、前記表示情報作成手段によって、購入が必要である旨を示す前記文字図形情報からなる購入用案内画面情報及び／又は前記音声情報からなる購入用案内音声情報が作成され、作成された前記購入用案内画面情報及び／又は前記購入用案内音声情報と前記第１の多重分離復号化手段から出力される前記視聴用映像音声情報とを前記映像音声合成手段により合成させて、前記映像音声表示手段に出力させることができる購入用案内出力手段を備え、更に、次に放送される前記番組が、録画用の放送番組であった場合、前記表示情報作成手段によって作成される前記購入用案内画面情報及び／又は前記購入用案内音声情報が、前記有料放送番組の購入をし録画させる購入録画とするか、他の放送番組を選局し直して録画をさせる他番組選局録画とするか、あるいは、前記映像音声記録手段への録画中止とするか、を視聴者に選択させる案内情報であり、かつ、前記番組選択指示手段が、該案内情報に応じて、前記購入録画と前記他番組選局録画と前記録画中止とのいずれでも選択指示することができる選択手段を備えているデジタル放送受信装置とすることを特徴とするものである。

第３の技術手段は、視聴または録画のために、視聴者が所望するデジタル放送番組を選択指示することができる番組選択指示手段と、該番組選択指示手段が視聴用として選択指示した放送番組や番組情報の搬送周波数に同調して選局し復調して視聴用復調信号を出力する第１の選局復調手段と、前記第１の選局復調手段により選局復調出力された前記視聴用復調信号が暗号化されている場合は、暗号を解除した視聴用デジタル信号に復号する第１の暗号解除手段と、暗号が解除された前記視聴用デジタル信号を多重分離して復号化して、視聴用映像音声情報として映像音声表示手段に出力し視聴に供する第１の多重分離復号化手段とを備え、かつ、該番組選択指示手段が録画用として選択指示した放送番組や番組情報の搬送周波数に同調して選局し復調して録画用復調信号を出力する第２の選局復調手段と、前記第２の選局復調手段により選局復調出力された前記録画用復調信号が暗号化されている場合は、暗号を解除した録画用デジタル信号に復号する第２の暗号解除手段と、暗号が解除された前記録画用デジタル信号を多重分離して復号化して、録画用映像音声情報として映像音声記録手段に出力し録画させる第２の多重分離復号化手段とを備え、かつ、前記視聴用デジタル信号及び前記録画用デジタル信号に含まれている前記番組情報を抽出して解析することができる番組情報解析手段と、該番組情報解析手段による前記番組情報の解析結果に基づいて、任意の文字図形情報及び／又は音声情報を生成することができる表示情報作成手段と、該表示情報作成手段によって生成された前記文字図形情報及び／又は音声情報と前記第１の多重分離復号化手段から出力される前記視聴用映像音声情報とを合成させる映像音声合成手段とを備えたデジタル放送受信装置において、前記番組情報解析手段による前記番組情報の解析結果に基づいて、次に放送される番組が前記第１及び／又は第２の選局復調手段から次に出力される前記視聴用及び／又は録画用復調信号が暗号化されていて、かつ、暗号化されている該録画用復調信号の暗号を解除する復号化鍵を有せず、該暗号を解除することができない状態にあるとされた際には、前記表示情報作成手段によって、暗号が解除できない旨を示す前記文字図形情報からなる警告画面情報及び／又は前記音声情報からなる警告音声情報が作成され、作成された前記警告画面情報及び／又は前記警告音声情報と前記第１の多重分離復号化手段から出力される前記視聴用映像音声情報とを前記映像音声合成手段により合成させて、前記映像音声表示手段に出力させることができる警告出力手段を備え、また、次に放送される番組が購入を必要とする有料放送番組であるとされた際には、前記表示情報作成手段によって、購入が必要である旨を示す前記文字図形情報からなる購入用案内画面情報及び／又は前記音声情報からなる購入用案内音声情報が作成され、作成された前記購入用案内画面情報及び／又は前記購入用案内音声情報と前記第１の多重分離復号化手段から出力される前記視聴用映像音声情報とを前記映像音声合成手段により合成させて、前記映像音声表示手段に出力させることができる購入用案内出力手段を備え、更に、次に放送される前記番組が、録画用の放送番組であった場合、前記表示情報作成手段によって作成される前記警告画面情報及び／又は前記警告音声情報が、次に放送される前記番組の前記映像音声記録手段への録画中止とするか、又は、他の放送番組を選局し直して録画をさせる他番組選局録画とするかを視聴者に選択させる案内情報を含む警告情報であるか、あるいは、前記表示情報作成手段によって作成される前記購入用案内画面情報及び／又は前記購入用案内音声情報が、前記有料放送番組の購入をし録画させる購入録画とするか、他の放送番組を選局し直して録画をさせる他番組選局録画とするか、又は、前記映像音声記録手段への録画中止とするか、を視聴者に選択させる案内情報であり、かつ、前記番組選択指示手段が、前記警告情報に応じて、前記録画中止と前記他番組選局録画とのいずれでも選択指示することができる、あるいは、前記案内情報に応じて、前記購入録画と前記他番組選局録画と前記録画中止とのいずれでも選択指示することができる選択手段を備えているデジタル放送受信装置とすることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明に係るデジタル放送受信装置の実施形態について、以下に図面を参照しながら説明する。
図１は、本発明に係るデジタル放送受信装置の装置構成の一例を示すブロック構成図である。

図１において、１は、無線放送電波信号を受信するアンテナであり、２は、視聴者からの番組選択指示情報などを入力するためのリモコン等からなる入力装置であり、番組選択指示手段を提供するものである。３は、番組選択指示手段である入力装置２からの各種指示情報に基づいて、本デジタル放送受信装置全体を制御するための制御装置である。
なお、本発明に係るデジタル放送受信装置においては、図１には図示していないが、ＣＡＴＶのごとく、放送番組が無線電波信号ではなく有線放送信号として受信される場合であっても、まったく同様に実施することが可能である。

また、制御装置３には、番組選択制御部３ａ，暗号復号化鍵管理部３ｂ，番組情報解析部３ｃ、表示情報制御部３ｄなどが備えられている。
番組選択制御部３ａは、番組選択指示手段である入力装置２からの指示情報を受け付けて、視聴者が指示している放送番組を選局させたり、視聴者の指示に応じて録画の中止を制御したり、視聴者の指示に応じて有料放送番組の購入をして、該有料放送番組の取り込みを制御したりするものである。

暗号復号化鍵管理部３ｂは、暗号化（スクランブル）されている放送信号の暗号を解除させるための復号化鍵情報を管理するものであり、有料放送局との契約、あるいは、ペイパービュー番組のごとく番組毎の有料放送番組の購入により獲得される復号化鍵を管理するものである。たとえば、放送事業者との間で契約された個別契約情報が記録されているＩＣカードに対して、放送信号として送信されてきた放送番組対応のＥＣＭ（ＥｎｔｉｔｌｅｍｅｎｔＣｏｎｔｒｏｌＭｅｓｓａｇｅ：限定受信に関する共通情報）情報をＩＣカードリーダを介して入力することにより、ＩＣカードから購入契約の有無に応じた復号化鍵を獲得することが可能である。

番組情報解析部３ｃは、放送局から放送信号に含まれて多重化されて送信されてくる番組情報などのシステム情報を抽出して、該番組情報などのシステム情報を解析して、所要の動作を指示するものである。
表示情報制御部３ｄは、主に、番組情報解析部３ｃによって解析された番組情報などのシステム情報に基づいて、視聴者に通知すべき通知情報を文字図形情報及び／又は音声情報として生成させることを制御するものである。

また、１１，２１は、番組選択指示手段である入力装置２からの選択指示情報に基づいて、番組選択制御部３ａが、それぞれ、視聴用として、あるいは、録画用として、選択指示した放送番組や番組情報の搬送周波数に同調して選局し復調して、視聴用復調信号、あるいは、録画用復調信号を出力する第１，第２の選局復調部であり、それぞれ、第１，第２の同調器（選局部）１１ａ，２１ａと、第１，第２の復調器１１ｂ，２１ｂとからなっている。
第１，第２の同調器１１ａ，２１ａは、アンテナ１により受信された無線電波信号の中から、それぞれ、視聴用として、あるいは、録画用として、番組選択制御部３ａが選択指示した放送番組や番組情報の搬送周波数に応じて選局して、選局抽出された放送番組や番組情報の放送信号を出力するものであり、第１，第２の復調器１１ｂ，２１ｂは、それぞれ、第１の同調器１１ａ，第２の同調器２１ａにより選局抽出された放送信号を、変調方式に応じて、復調させて、それぞれ、視聴用復調信号、あるいは、録画用復調信号として出力するものである。

また、１２，２２は、それぞれ、第１の復調器１１ｂ，第２の復調器２１ｂにより復調された視聴用復調信号、あるいは、録画用復調信号が暗号化されている場合、暗号復号化鍵管理部３ｂが管理している復号化鍵情報に基づいて、暗号化されている各復調信号を復号化して、暗号を解除させた映像・音声・番組情報の多重化デジタル信号として出力する第１，第２の暗号解除器である。

また、１３，２３は、それぞれ、第１の暗号解除器１３，第２の暗号解除器２２から出力された映像・音声・番組情報の多重化デジタル信号を、符号化されたデジタル映像情報、符号化されたデジタル音声情報、及び番組情報などからなるシステム情報とに分離し、更に、それぞれのデジタル信号を視聴可能な、あるいは、録画可能な信号形式の映像情報や音声情報に復号化する第１，第２の多重分離復号化部であり、それぞれ、多重化デジタル信号を多重分離する第１，第２の多重分離器１３ａ，２３ａと、各デジタル信号を復号化する第１，第２の復号化器１３ｂ，２３ｂとからなっている。

第１，第２の多重分離器１３ａ，２３ａは、それぞれ、視聴用としての、あるいは、録画用としての映像・音声・番組情報の多重化デジタル信号を、符号化されたデジタル映像情報、符号化されたデジタル音声情報、及び、番組情報などからなるシステム情報とに分離するものであるが、第１，第２の多重分離器１３ａ，２３ａのそれぞれにおいて、分離出力された番組情報などからなるシステム情報は、制御装置３の番組情報解析部３ｃにおいて解析され、必要に応じて、番組表の表示や有料放送番組への切替の発生などを含む各種の通知情報を、視聴者に提供させることに利用される。また、分離出力されたデジタル映像情報、デジタル音声情報の中から番組選択制御部３ａにて選択指定されている番組に関するデジタル映像情報、デジタル音声情報を抽出して出力することも可能である。
また、第１，第２の復号化器１３ｂ，２３ｂは、それぞれ、第１の多重分離器１３ａ，第２の多重分離器２３ａから分離して出力された前記デジタル映像情報と前記デジタル音声情報とを復号化し、視聴可能な、あるいは、録画可能な信号形式の映像情報と音声情報とに変換するものである。

また、１４は、第１の復号化器１３ｂにより、視聴用の放送情報として、視聴可能な信号形式に復号化された映像情報と音声情報とを、合成装置１６を介して、それぞれ、画面表示したり、音声出力したりする映像音声表示装置である。
２４は、第２の復号化器２３ｂにより、録画用の放送情報として、録画可能な信号形式に復号化された映像情報と音声情報とを、それぞれ、所定の位置に記録させる映像音声記録装置である。

また、１５は、任意の文字図形情報及び／又は音声情報を生成することができる表示情報作成装置であり、制御装置３にある表示情報制御部３ｄからの制御に基づいて、視聴者に対して、画面表示すべき表示画面情報と音声出力すべき音声情報とを生成する。
１６は、第１の復号化器１３ｂから出力される視聴用の映像情報及び音声情報と、表示情報作成装置１５から出力される表示画面情報及び音声情報とを合成する映像音声合成手段を提供するための合成装置である。而して、映像音声合成手段である合成装置１６により合成された映像音声情報が、映像音声表示装置１４に出力表示されて、視聴者の視聴に供されるので、表示情報作成装置１５により生成される文字図形情報及び／又は音声情報を利用することにより、必要に応じた通知情報を、視聴者に提供することができる。

以上のごとく構成されたデジタル放送受信装置について、その動作を、図１に基づいて、更に説明する。
アンテナ１から入力された放送信号が、第１の選局復調部１１（即ち、第１の同調器１１ａ、第１の復調器１１ｂ）、第１の暗号解除器１２、第１の多重分離復号化部１３（即ち、第１の多重分離器１３ａ、第１の復号化器１３ｂ）、合成装置１６、映像音声表示装置１４の各装置を経由して流れてくる信号経路は、視聴用の信号が流れる視聴信号系列であり、視聴者は、映像音声表示装置１４により、放送番組などを視聴することができる。
一方、アンテナ１から入力された放送信号が、第２の選局復調部２１（即ち、第２の同調器２１ａ、第２の復調器２１ｂ）、第２の暗号解除器２２、第２の多重分離復号化部２３（即ち、第２の多重分離器２３ａ、第２の復号化器２３ｂ）、映像音声記録装置２４の各装置を経由して流れてくる信号経路は、録画用の信号が流れる録画信号系列であり、視聴者が直接視聴を行なっていなくても、映像音声記録装置２４により、放送番組の裏番組などを録画することができる。

ここで、通常の無料放送番組の場合においては、第１，第２の暗号解除器１２，２２は、暗号解除（スクランブル解除）のための動作を行なわずに、第１，第２の暗号解除器１２，２２に入力されてきた復調放送信号が、そのままの符号形式で、それぞれ、第１，第２の多重分離復号化部１３，２３に出力されて、多重分離・復号化がなされることになる。かくのごとき無料放送番組にあっては、暗号の解除処理がなされないまま、多重分離・復号化された映像情報と音声情報であっても、映像音声表示装置１４により視聴可能であり、あるいは、映像音声記録装置２４により録画されたとしても、正しく再生可能である。

一方、有料放送番組として暗号化された放送信号の場合、第１，第２の暗号解除器１２，２２において、暗号解除のための動作を行なわずに、第１，第２の暗号解除器１２，２２に入力されてきた復調放送信号が、そのままの符号形式で、第１，第２の多重分離復号化部１３，２３に出力されてしまうと、第１，第２の多重分離復号化部１３，２３にて多重分離・復号化された映像情報と音声情報とは、映像音声表示装置１４により視聴することが不可能であり、あるいは、映像音声記録装置２４により録画されたとしても、正しく再生することは不可能である。

かくのごとき有料放送番組として暗号化された放送信号の場合でも、暗号化放送信号が送信されてくる該有料放送番組が既に購入契約済みの放送番組であった場合、制御装置３の暗号復号化鍵管理部３ｂには、該暗号化放送信号を復号化し暗号を解除するための復号化鍵が既に登録されているので、制御装置３の暗号復号化鍵管理部３ｂから、登録されている該復号化鍵が第１，第２の暗号解除器１２，２２に送出されることにより、該暗号化放送信号が該復号化鍵を用いて復号化されて、暗号が解除され、暗号が解除された多重化デジタル信号として、それぞれ、第１，第２の多重分離復号化部１３，２３に対して出力される。
